Abstract

(2)前記長弾性合金が、約55%〜約60%がニッケルで残りがチタンからなることを特徴とする実施態様(1)に記載の腔内医療装置。
(3)前記複数のストラット及び前記複数のループが実質的にS字型構造を形成していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の腔内医療装置。
(4)前記複数のフープを連結している前記1または複数のブリッジのそれぞれが第1の端部及び第2の端部を含み、前記第1の端部があるフープの1つのループに連結されており、前記第2の端部が近接したフープの1つのループに連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の腔内医療装置。
(5)前記複数のフープのそれぞれの間に配置された前記少なくとも1つのアンビルブリッジが、前記複数のフープを相互に連結している前記1または複数のブリッジ間に配置されていることを特徴とする実施態様(4)に記載の腔内医療装置。
(7)前記少なくとも1つのアンビルブリッジの前記拡大部分が第1の端部及び第2の端部を含むことを特徴とする実施態様(6)に記載の腔内医療装置。
(8)前記少なくとも1つのアンビルブリッジの前記拡大部分の前記第1の端部があるフープの1つのループに連結されており、前記拡大部分の前記第2の端部が平坦な面を含み、この平坦な面が、前記腔内医療装置が拘束され軸方向の圧縮荷重を受けたときに、近接したフープの少なくとも1つのループの平坦部分と少なくとも部分的に当接するように構成されていることを特徴とする実施態様(7)に記載の腔内医療装置。
(9)前記拡大部分の前記第2の端部が、当接のために増大したプロフィールを有することを特徴とする実施態様(8)に記載の腔内医療装置。
(10)前記腔内医療装置が拡張すると、前記少なくとも1つのアンビルブリッジの前記拡大部分が、前記平坦部分から離間することを特徴とする実施態様(8)に記載の腔内医療装置。

Claims (1)
- 腔内医療装置であって、
複数のストラット、及び近接した前記ストラットを連結している複数のループを備えた、前端開口及び後端開口を有する実質的に管状の部材を形成する複数のフープと、
前記実質的に管状の部材を形成するべく、所定の位置で複数のフープを相互に連結している1または複数のブリッジと、
前記複数のフープのそれぞれの間に配置された少なくとも1つのアンビルブリッジとを含み、
前記少なくとも1つのアンビルブリッジが、前記腔内医療装置が拘束されて軸方向の圧縮荷重を受けると、近接したフープの少なくとも1つのループの一部に当接する第1の部分を含むことを特徴とする腔内医療装置。
