Abstract
【解決手段】 ステントまたは他の腔内医療装置は、ステント全体の可撓性を損なうことなくステントの装着時及び配置時に変形が起こりにくくするように、一連の固定されたブリッジ間に一連のスプリットブリッジを配置して形成することができる。このステントは、複数の固定されたブリッジによって連結された複数のフープを含む。ステントはまた、軸方向の圧縮荷重を受けたときにのみ、力を伝達する複数のアンビルブリッジを含む。ステントはまた、ステントと一体に形成されたハウジングから形成されたマーカーと、ステントよりも放射線不透過性が高いマーカーインサートとを含む。

Description
(1)前記複数のフープ、前記1または複数のブリッジ、及び前記少なくとも1つのスプリットブリッジが超弾性合金を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の腔内医療装置。
(2)前記長弾性合金が、約55%〜約60%がニッケルで残りがチタンからなることを特徴とする実施態様(1)に記載の腔内医療装置。
(3)前記複数のストラット及び前記複数のループが実質的にS字型構造を形成していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の腔内医療装置。
(4)前記複数のフープを連結している前記1または複数のブリッジのそれぞれが第1の端部及び第2の端部を含み、前記第1の端部があるフープの1つのループに連結されており、前記第2の端部が近接したフープの1つのループに連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の腔内医療装置。
(5)前記複数のフープのそれぞれの間に配置された前記少なくとも1つのスプリットブリッジが、前記複数のフープを相互に連結している前記1または複数のブリッジ間に配置されていることを特徴とする実施態様(4)に記載の腔内医療装置。
(7)前記少なくとも1つのスプリットブリッジの前記第1の独立部分の前記第1の端部が1つのフープの1つのループに連結されており、前記少なくとも1つのスプリットブリッジの前記第2の独立部分の前記第1の端部が近接したフープの1つのループに連結されていることを特徴とする実施態様(6)に記載の腔内医療装置。
(8)前記腔内装置が拘束されて軸方向に圧縮荷重されると、前記少なくとも1つのスプリットブリッジの前記第1の独立部分の前記第2の端部が、前記少なくとも1つのスプリットブリッジの前記第2の独立部分の前記第2の端部に少なくとも部分的に当接するように構成されていることを特徴とする実施態様(7)に記載の腔内医療装置。
(9)前記第1の独立部分の前記第2の端部及び前記第2の独立部分の前記第2の端部が、当接のための増大したプロフィールを有することを特徴とする実施態様(8)に記載の腔内医療装置。
(10)前記腔内医療装置が拡張すると、前記第1の独立部分と前記第2の独立部分が互いに離間することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の腔内医療装置。

Claims (1)
- 腔内医療装置であって、
複数のストラット、及び近接した前記ストラットを連結している複数のループを備えた、前端開口及び後端開口を有する実質的に管状の部材を形成する複数のフープと、
前記実質的に管状の部材を形成するべく、所定の位置で複数のフープを相互に連結している1または複数のブリッジと、
前記複数のフープのそれぞれの間に配置された少なくとも1つのスプリットブリッジとを含み、
前記少なくとも1つのスプリットブリッジが、前記腔内医療装置が拘束されて軸方向の圧縮荷重を受けると、当接する第1の独立部分及び第2の独立部分を含むことを特徴とする腔内医療装置。
