Abstract
【解決手段】ステントと一体のハウジングから形成されたマーカーと、ステントよりも高いX線不透過性を有するマーカーインサートとを含むステント或いは他の医療装置は、X線透視下でのステントのX線不透過性が高いため、血管内でステントをより正確に配置でき、更に処置後の鮮明な映像を得ることができる。ハウジングはステントと一体的に形成され、マーカーインサートは、電位列においてステント材料に近い材料から形成され、ガルバニ腐食の影響を実質的に最小にする大きさである。ハウジングはまた、ステントの全体のプロフィールに与える影響を最少にする形状である。ステントや他の腔内医療装置はまた、形成材料であるベース合金の何れの特性も犠牲にしない放射線不透過性が高い合金から形成することができる。

Description

Claims (1)
- 実質的に管状の部材を含む腔内医療装置であって、
前記実質的に管状の部材が、開口端部、脈管の腔内に挿入するための第1の直径、及び前記脈管の腔内に固定するための第2の直径を有し、ニッケル、チタン、及びニッケルやチタンよりも放射線不透過性が高い金属を含む合金を含むことを特徴とする腔内医療装置。
