Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明のステントまたはその他の内腔内医療装置は多数個の、個々の、独立している、自己拡張式のステント・セグメントを利用して構成することができ、これらのステント・セグメントは一定の配給シースの中において拘束されている時に相互連結して配備時に分離するように設計されている。さらに、これらの個々のセグメントは一連の架橋要素およびレセプタクルにより放出可能に接続している。

Description
(1)前記少なくとも1個の架橋要素が前記複数のループの内の1個から延出していて一定の係合用の突出部分を伴う一定の自由端部を有している一定の細長い部材を含む請求項1に記載の内腔内医療装置。
(2)前記少なくとも1個のレセプタクルが隣接している長手方向に沿う各支柱部の間における一定の空間部分として構成されていて前記細長い部材および係合用の突出部分に対応する一定のキャビティを定めている実施態様(1)に記載の内腔内医療装置。
(3)前記キャビティおよび係合用の突出部分が一定の実質的に卵形の形状を有している実施態様(2)に記載の内腔内医療装置。
(4)前記自己拡張式のステント・セグメントが一定の超弾性の合金を含む実施態様(3)に記載の内腔内医療装置。
(5)前記超弾性の合金が約50%乃至約60%のニッケルおよびその残りとしてのチタンを含有している実施態様(4)に記載の内腔内医療装置。
(6)前記複数の支柱部および複数のループが一定の実質的にS字形状の構成を形成している請求項1に記載の内腔内医療装置。
(7)さらに、1個以上の放射線不透過性のマーカーを備えている請求項1に記載の内腔内医療装置。
(8)前記1個以上のマーカーが前記係合用の突出部分の中に組み込まれている実施態様(7)に記載の内腔内医療装置。

Claims (1)
- 内腔内医療装置において、多数個の独立している自己拡張式のステント・セグメントを備えており、それぞれのステント・セグメントが複数の長手方向に沿う支柱部、それぞれの隣接している支柱部を接続している複数のループ、少なくとも1個の架橋要素および少なくとも1個のレセプタクルを含み、この場合に、前記ステント・セグメントの内の1個以上における少なくとも1個の架橋要素が一定の隣接しているステント・セグメントにおける少なくとも1個のレセプタクルに対して放出可能に係合するように構成されている内腔内医療装置。
