Description

一方の壁面側へ延びつつ前記媒体の下流方向へ傾斜するように設けられた第1のリブと、
前記対向する壁面の中間付近から他方の壁面側へ延びつつ前記媒体の下流方向へ傾斜する
ように設けられた第2のリブを有し、前記第1のリブ又は第2のリブに、同一直線上に並ぶリブ片を残して前記冷却通路の上流側と下流側を貫通する開口部を設け、前記媒体が前記開口部を貫流して前記リブの下流側へ回り込むように構成し、前記第1のリブと第2のリブを、千鳥状に配置する。

Claims (4)
- 対向する壁面を有しその間を媒体が流通して母体を冷却する冷却通路を、内部に備えた部材において、前記対向する壁面の中間付近から一方の壁面側へ延びつつ前記媒体の下流方向へ傾斜するように設けられた第1のリブと、前記対向する壁面の中間付近から他方の壁面側へ延びつつ前記媒体の下流方向へ傾斜するように設けられた第2のリブを有し、前記第1のリブ又は第2のリブには、同一直線上に並ぶリブ片を残して前記冷却通路の上流側と下流側を貫通する開口部が設けられ、前記媒体が前記開口部を貫流して前記リブの下流側へ回り込むように構成され、前記第1のリブと第2のリブが、千鳥状に配置されていることを特徴とする部材。
- 請求項1において、開口部の幅がリブ片の幅に対して0.5倍以上1.5倍以下であることを特徴とする部材。
- 請求項1または2において、前記開口部がスリットで形成されていることを特徴とする部材。
- 請求項1または2において、前記開口部は、前記第1のリブ又は第2のリブの中心よりも前記壁面側寄りの位置に設けられていることを特徴とする部材。
