Claims (6)
- 溝部分によって少なくとも部分的に定められたほぼ円筒形内側表面を有する回転部材と、
前記回転部材に隣接して選択的に位置付けられたグリースカバーと、
を備え、
前記グリースカバーの縁部の少なくとも一部は、前記回転部材に対して所望の軸方向位置で前記グリースカバーを少なくとも部分的に保持するように前記溝部分内に位置付けられ、
前記溝部分は、前記円筒形内側表面からほぼ半径方向外向きに延びており、前記円筒形内側表面は、前記回転部材内の凹部を形成する内部表面であり、
前記グリースカバーの縁部は複数のフィンガー部を含み、前記フィンガー部は、保持部材と保持部材より先に延びて大きな外径を有する整列部材とを含み、前記保持部材は、前記溝部分の一部を定める表面の少なくとも一部を拘束的に係合して、前記グリースカバーを前記回転部材に対して所望の軸方向位置で保持し、前記整列部材の一部は、前記溝部分内に位置付けられずに、円筒形内側表面上に位置づけられることを特徴とする等速ジョイント。 - 前記端部表面の少なくとも一部は、前記溝部分の一部を定める表面に接触しないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の等速ジョイント。
- 前記溝部分は、ほぼ連続した溝であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の等速ジョイント。
- 前記縁部は、複数の端部表面部分によって定められ、前記端部表面部分の少なくとも一部は、前記溝部分の一部を定める表面に拘束的に係合して、前記グリースカバーを前記回転部材に対して所望の軸方向位置で保持することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の等速ジョイント。
- 前記グリースカバーの複数の表面部分は、前記溝部分の表面部分に拘束的に係合して、シール部材に対して所望の圧縮量を維持するようにすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の等速ジョイント。
- 前記回転部材は、前記等速ジョイントのアウターレースであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の等速ジョイント。
