【実施例1に用いられる電子照射装置の例】
更に、本発明者らは、直流型誘電体バリア放電方式の放電電流量と印加電圧との関係を検討した。すなわち、直流高電圧装置2から誘電体電極9へ印加する電圧値を増加させると放電電流量は増加して、入力電圧と比例する事を見出した。この場合、必要とされる放電電流量は電圧値を制御することで調節可能である。

本発明によれば、上記の制御要素を考慮に入れて直流型誘電体バリア放電電極を作製することよって、誘電体全面より平面状に放電現象を生起させ対向する平板電極間において、一定方向に定電流通電を起こすことが可能となる。

Claims (2)
- 直流高圧電源の負極出力端子側にカソード電極を接続し、前記直流高圧電源の正極出力端子側にアノード電極を接続し、前記カソード電極におけるアノード電極との対向面に誘電体を密着配置し前記カソード電極と誘電体とにより誘電体放電電極を構成し、
治療時間において、前記誘電体放電電極とアノード電極間に電圧変動のない直流高電圧を印加することによって誘電体表面から一方向かつ平面状に電子を継続的に放電させ、
前記誘電体が、体積抵抗率が1013Ω・cm以下、比誘電率が5以上の材料から成り、その体積抵抗率を減少させ且つ比誘電率を増加させるために、誘電体素材に導電性物質を混合したものである電子照射装置を備え、
その電子照射装置における誘電体放電電極とアノード電極との間に被照射部位を配置することを特徴とする電気治療器。 - 前記電子照射装置が、その電極間に流れる最大電流を、設定電流値に制御する電流制御回路を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気治療器。
