Description
Claims (9)
- 電池モジュールを複数組み合わせて構成される二次電池の温度制御装置であって、
前記二次電池の開回路電圧の時間変化率を検出する電圧変化率検出部と、
前記二次電池を加温する加温装置の加温熱量を制御する熱量制御部であって、前記開回路電圧の時間変化率が所定の電圧用閾値を超えた場合、前記加温熱量が減少するように制御する熱量制御部と、
を備えることを特徴とする温度制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の温度制御装置において、
前記電圧変化率検出部は、
複数の電池モジュールごとに開回路電圧の時間変化率をそれぞれ検出し、
前記熱量制御部は、
複数の電池モジュールごとに検出された複数の開回路電圧の時間変化率のうち少なくとも1つの時間変化率が前記電圧用閾値を超えた場合、前記加温熱量が減少するように制御する、
ことを特徴とする温度制御装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の温度制御装置において、
前記熱量制御部は、前記開回路電圧の時間変化率が所定の電圧用閾値を超えた場合、前記加温装置による前記二次電池の加温が中止されるように制御する、
ことを特徴とする温度制御装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の温度制御装置において、
前記熱量制御部は、前記開回路電圧の時間変化率が所定の電圧用閾値以下になるまで、前記加温熱量を段階的に減少させる、
ことを特徴とする温度制御装置。 - 電池モジュールを複数組み合わせてなる二次電池の加温システムであって、
加熱部と、
前記二次電池の温度を検出する温度検出部と、
前記二次電池の開回路電圧の所定時間内における電圧変化量を検出する電圧変化量検出部と、
前記温度検出部で検出された温度が所定の基準下限温度以下である場合に前記加熱部を動作させるとともに、前記加熱部による加熱後の前記電圧変化量検出部で検出された電圧変化量に応じ、前記電圧変化量が許容値を超える場合に前記加熱部による加熱を抑制制御する熱量制御部と、
を備えることを特徴とする二次電池の加温システム。 - 請求項5に記載の加温システムにおいて、
前記電圧変化量検出部は、複数の電池モジュールごとにそれぞれ開回路電圧の所定時間内における電圧変化量を検出し、
前記熱量制御部は、複数の電池モジュールごとに検出された前記電圧変化量のいずれかが前記許容値を超える場合に前記加熱部による加熱を抑制制御する、
ことを特徴とする二次電池の加温システム。 - 請求項5または6に記載の加温システムにおいて、

前記熱量制御部は、前記電圧変化量が前記許容値を超えない場合において、前記加熱部による加熱後の一定時間経過後において前記温度が前記基準下限温度を超えない場合に前記加熱部による加熱を停止制御することを特徴とする二次電池の加温システム。 - 電池モジュールを複数組み合わせて構成される二次電池の温度制御装置としてコンピュータを機能させるためのプログラムであって、
前記コンピュータを、
前記二次電池の開回路電圧の時間変化率を検出する電圧変化率検出部と、
前記二次電池を加温する加温装置の加温熱量を制御する熱量制御部であって、前記開回路電圧の時間変化率が所定の電圧用閾値を超えた場合、前記加温熱量が減少するように制御する熱量制御部と、
として機能させるためのプログラム。
