Claims (8)
- 航空機用非対称電気制動機構であって,被制動車輪の回転を下げるために,選択的に制動力を摩擦部品に加えるための電気機械制動アクチュエータ(2)をいくつか備えており,前記機構は,
正常モードにおいて,制動指令に応答して制動設定値を生成するための制動制御ユニット(8)と,
複数の電気機械アクチュエータ制御器(3)であって,それぞれ交流電源によって給電され,前記制動設定値に応答して前記電気機械制動アクチュエータに電力を供給する少なくとも一つのインバータをそれぞれ含む電気機械アクチュエータ制御器と,
直流電源だけから給電される少なくとも一つの緊急制動電源及び制御ユニット(10)であって,制動指令に応答して前記電気機械制動アクチュエータのいくつかに電力を供給する少なくとも一つのインバータを含む緊急制動電源及び制御ユニットと,
前記緊急制動電源及び制御ユニットに電力が流れることを防止すると共に,前記アクチュエータに対して前記電気機械アクチュエータ制御器が供給する電力を伝えるか,又は前記電気機械アクチュエータ制御器に電力が流れることを防止すると共に,前記アクチュエータに対して前記緊急制動電源及び制御ユニットが供給する電力を伝えるための保護手段(12)と,
を備える機構。 - 前記制動制御ユニット(8)が受信する制動指令は,ブレーキペダル(6)又はパーキングブレーキレバー(7)から伝えられ,前記緊急制動電源及び制御ユニット(10)が受信する制動指令は,前記パーキングブレーキレバー(7)だけから伝えられる請求項1に記載の機構。
- 前記車輪それぞれにおいて,前記アクチュエータの第1の半分は第1制御器(3a)によって電力供給され,前記アクチュエータの第2の半分は第2制御器(3b)によって電力供給され,前記第2の半分のアクチュエータだけが前記緊急制動電源及び制御ユニット(10)によって電力供給される請求項1に記載の機構。
- 特定車輪のアクチュエータに給電する前記電気機械アクチュエータ制御器(3)は,前記電気機械アクチュエータ制御器のインバータに給電する交流電源及び前記電気機械アクチュエータ制御器(3)の電子カードに給電する直流電源をそれぞれ備える二つの独立電源(AC1,DC1及びAC2,DC2)によって給電される請求項2に記載の機構。
- 前記緊急制動電源及び制御ユニット(10)は,前記電気機械アクチュエータ制御器(3)に給電する電源とは異なる電源(DCEss,DCBat)によって給電される請求項3に記載の機構。
- 前記機構に電力が流れることを防止することによって,前記電気機械アクチュエータ制御器(3)又は前記緊急制動電源及び制御ユニット(10)のいずれかによって給電される電力を前記アクチュエータに伝える前記保護手段は,前記電気機械制動アクチュエータ(2)それぞれの電力線の共通点の上流に配置された受動及び/又は能動素子(12)を含む請求項1に記載の機構。
- 前記緊急制動電源及び制御ユニットは,前記緊急制動電源及び制御ユニットのインバータを制御する制動設定値を決定するハードウェア手段を含む請求項1に記載の機構。
- 前記電気機械制動アクチュエータはそれぞれ,前記緊急制動電源及び制御ユニットではなく前記制御器によって給電される固定部品及び/又は回転角検出器を含む請求項1に記載の機構。
