赤外線センサ7と接触式温度センサ12の2つのセンサを備え、高いほうの温度を採用することで、安全性の高い誘導加熱調理器を提供できる。赤外線センサ7は隣接する加熱コイル4から離れた位置に設置するため、隣接する加熱コイル4からの赤外線の影響を受けずに誤差が少ない。また、調理容器1の積載位置は奥側にずれる傾向があるが、この場合でも赤外線センサ7の真上には調理容器1があり、調理容器1からの赤外線を確実に受光できる。接触式温度センサ12を赤外線センサ7と対角の位置に置くことで、調理容器1が操作部側に置かれた場合でも、接触式温度センサ12により温度検知ができる。また、検知温度の高いほうを採用するので、赤外線センサ7または接触式温度センサ12の一方の直上に調理容器1が無く、もう一方の直上に調理容器1がある場合でも、調理容器1の位置を識別する必要がなく、自動的に最適なセンサが選択される。   By including the two sensors of the infrared sensor 7 and the contact temperature sensor 12 and adopting the higher temperature, an induction heating cooker with high safety can be provided. In addition, since the higher detection temperature is used, the position of the cooking container 1 can be obtained even when the cooking container 1 is not directly above one of the infrared sensor 7 or the contact temperature sensor 12 and the cooking container 1 is just above the other. 調理物を加熱する調理容器を載置するトッププレートと、
前記トッププレートの手前左右に設けられ、前記調理容器を加熱するために誘導磁界を発生させる複数の加熱コイルと、
前記トッププレートの手前側に設けられ、前記加熱コイルに加熱を行うための各種操作を行う操作部と、
1つの前記加熱コイルに対して複数設けられたフェライトと、
各々の前記加熱コイルに対して設けられ、この加熱コイルにより加熱される前記調理容器から放射された赤外線を検出する赤外線センサと、
各々の前記加熱コイルに対して設けられ、前記調理容器の熱を前記トッププレートを介して間接的に検知する接触式温度センサと、を備え、
前記加熱コイルは、半径方向に複数の束に分けて構成され、
前記赤外線センサと前記接触式温度センサを、平面視における前記加熱コイルの前記束の間に配置し、
前記赤外線センサを、前記複数のフェライトより下、かつ、平面視における前記複数のフェライトの間であって、
前記加熱コイルの配置領域内のうち前記加熱コイル中心よりも外側の前記トッププレートの側方側で、かつ、前記加熱コイルの中心よりも奥側の赤外線センサ搭載エリア内にのみ設けたことを特徴とする誘導加熱調理器。
