Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an induction heating cooker that detects the temperature of an object to be heated placed on a top plate and controls electric power supplied to a heating coil.
In a conventional induction heating cooker of this type, there is a type in which the temperature of an object to be heated such as a pan is detected by a thermistor through a top plate and the temperature of the object to be heated is controlled (see, for example, Patent Document 1). ).
Further, an infrared transmitting material is provided on a part of the top plate, an infrared sensor is provided at the lower part of the infrared transmitting material, and infrared rays transmitted through the infrared transmitting material and emitted from the pan are efficiently detected by the infrared sensor. There is one that detects the pan temperature with high accuracy (see, for example, Patent Document 2).
In addition, a temperature sensor that detects the temperature of the pan and an infrared sensor are provided in the center of the heating coil, and the temperature sensor detects the abnormal heating such as emptying the pan using the temperature sensor. Then, there is one that stops the heating within the guaranteed operating temperature of the infrared sensor and protects the infrared sensor (for example, see Patent Document 3).
In the above-described conventional technology, the one shown in
Moreover, in order to be able to detect the infrared radiation energy from a pan with an infrared sensor, the thing shown in
Further, there is a problem that it becomes difficult to clean the surface if there are steps or gaps on the surface of the top plate.
Moreover, since what is shown in
In addition, since the ambient temperature of the infrared sensor is likely to increase, heating is frequently stopped to protect the infrared sensor, and thus there is a problem that it is difficult to use as a cooker. .
In addition, when a Peltier element is used to cool the infrared sensor, the structure becomes complicated and the price is high. In addition, when the infrared sensor is cooled by using a fan, the ambient temperature of the infrared sensor changes due to the fluctuation of the fan's wind, which causes fluctuations in the output signal of the infrared sensor and affects the temperature measurement accuracy. It had the problem that.
The present invention solves at least one of the problems described above, and provides an induction heating cooker that can accurately detect the temperature of an object to be heated placed on a top plate.
The above-described problems are provided by a heating coil that induction-heats an object to be heated, a top plate on which the object to be heated is placed above the heating coil, and a radiation that is emitted from the object to be heated. An infrared sensor for detecting infrared rays, a shield case having a light receiving hole, a concave mirror having a radiation surface shape, a temperature calculating means for calculating the temperature of an object to be heated from the output of the infrared sensor, and an output of the temperature calculating means And an induction heating cooker having a control means for controlling the power supplied to the heating coil according to the infrared ray radiated from the object to be heated is transmitted through the top plate and provided in the shield case. This can be solved by an induction heating cooker that passes through the light receiving hole and is bent 90 degrees by the concave mirror and then received by the light receiving surface of the infrared sensor.
In addition, a heating coil for inductively heating the object to be heated, a top plate for placing the object to be heated above the heating coil, and an infrared ray radiated from the object to be heated are provided below the heating coil. An infrared sensor, a substrate on which the infrared sensor is mounted, a shield case that covers the infrared sensor and the substrate, a concave mirror that has a radiation surface shape provided in the shield case, and is heated from the output of the infrared sensor An induction heating cooker comprising temperature calculation means for calculating the temperature of an object and control means for controlling the power supplied to the heating coil in accordance with the output of the temperature calculation means, wherein the object to be heated radiates The infrared rays transmitted through the top plate, passed through a light receiving hole provided in the shield case, bent 90 degrees with the concave mirror, It can be solved by the induction heating cooker which is received by the optical surface.
The induction heating cooker according to the present invention is configured as described above, so that the influence of infrared radiation from the top plate itself can be reduced, the ambient temperature of the infrared sensor can be stabilized, and the temperature of the pan can be accurately adjusted. An induction heating cooker that can be detected can be realized.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is an external perspective view of the induction heating cooker in the first embodiment, FIGS. 2 and 3 are longitudinal sectional views of main parts of the induction heating cooker in the first embodiment, and FIG. 4 is a spectral radiant intensity of a black body. FIG. 5 is a graph showing a transmittance curve of crystallized glass.

2 and 3, the
A plurality of rod-
The
A
Below the center of the
The
Therefore, the viewing angle of the
In the present embodiment, the parabolic
The
As is apparent from the spectral radiant intensity curve of the black body shown in FIG. 4, the infrared energy radiated from an object generally radiates as a greater amount of infrared energy as the temperature increases to 100 ° C., 200 ° C., 300 ° C., and 400 ° C. To do. Further, the peak of the curve is closer to the short wavelength side when the temperature is high, and to the long wavelength side when the temperature is low.
When the
And the infrared rays radiated from the
Therefore, the infrared energy incident on the
The
The
The
The infrared transmission characteristics of the
Further, the
The
However, if the
Thus, the

The temperature calculation means 21 calculates the temperature of the
The control means 22 is connected to one end of an
This embodiment is configured as described above. The operation is performed by turning on a power switch (not shown) and operating the
When electric power is supplied to the
Due to this induction heating, the temperature of the
At this time, the viewing angle of the
The infrared light detected by the
The temperature information of the
According to the above-described embodiment, the
Further, when the
Moreover, it can be set as an inexpensive structure by using the same thing as the cheap
Further, since the
The
Further, since the
Further, by cooling the
Further, the
FIG. 6 shows a longitudinal sectional view of the main part in the second embodiment of the present invention.
In FIG. 6, the same parts as those in the first embodiment described above are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof is omitted.
In this embodiment, the wall 24 is provided between the
As described above, by arranging the
