Description
前記リンス工程(2)で用いるリンス剤は、下記一般式(1):
前記リンス工程(2)では、前記鋼帯にリンス剤を接触させる工程を少なくとも一つ有し、かつ、前記少なくとも一つのリンス剤を接触させる工程において、リンス剤の少なくとも一部を循環して使用する、鋼帯の洗浄方法、に関する。
R5−O−{(EO)m/(AO)n}H (2)
(式中、R5は炭素数12〜18の直鎖若しくは分岐鎖のアルキル基又はアルケニル基、EOはエチレンオキシ基、AOは炭素数3〜4のアルキレンオキシ基、mはEOの平均付加モル数を示し、1〜35の数であり、nはAOの平均付加モル数を示し、0〜35である。(EO)m/(AO)nはEOがm個とAOがn個とが配列して付加していることを表し、これらの配列はブロックでもランダムでもよい。)で表される非イオン性界面活性剤(b)を含有することができる。本発明のリンス剤には、1種以上の前記(b)成分を用いることができる。カチオン性界面活性剤の鋼帯への吸着性の確保と抑泡性の観点から、mは、好ましくは3〜30、より好ましくは5〜20である。nは好ましくは3〜30、より好ましくは5〜25である。

C18H35O(EO)4H、C12H25O(EO)5(PO)2(EO)5H、C14H29O(EO)7(PO)2(EO)7H、C16H33O(EO)7(PO)2(EO)7H、C16H33O(EO)10(PO)12H、C18H37O(EO)10(PO)9H、C18H37O(EO)9(PO)6H(但し、EOとPOがランダム付加したもの)、C18H37O(EO)12(PO)21H(但し、EOとPOがランダム付加したもの)。
下記カチオン界面活性剤(a)および非イオン性界面活性剤(b)を用い、表1に示す組成のリンス剤をそれぞれ調製した。リンス剤は、濃度(mg/L)になるよう脱イオン水によって希釈された水溶液として調製されたものである。(a)成分及び/又は(b)成分は、表1中の、(a)成分/(b)成分:重量比の通りに配合されている。各例のリンス剤のpHを表1に示す。これらリンス剤について、下記鋼帯について下記洗浄工程(1)およびリンス工程(2)を施した後、25℃のリンス乾燥性、及び排水CODを以下の方法で評価した。結果を表1に示す。
(a−1):ミリスチルジメチルアミン・塩酸塩
(a−2):パルミチルアミン・酢酸塩
(a−3):オレイルアミン・酢酸塩
(a−4):ステアリルジメチルアミン・リン酸塩
<比較のカチオン界面活性剤(a’)>
(a’−1):デシルジメチルアミン・塩酸塩
(a’−2):ラウリルアミン・酢酸塩
(a’−3):ジオクチルアミン・酢酸塩
(a’−4):ラウリルトリメチルアンモニウムクロライド
(b−1):C14H29O(EO)7(PO)2(EO)7H(ブロック付加)(臨界ミセル濃度(25℃):50ppm、HLB(デイビス法、以下同じ):6.9)
(b−2):C18H37O(EO)10(PO)9H(ブロック付加)(臨界ミセル濃度(25℃):30ppm、HLB:2.7)
(b−3):C18H37O(EO)12(PO)21H(ランダム付加)(臨界ミセル濃度(25℃):30ppm、HLB:1.9)
縦7cm、横10cmにカットした厚さ0.7mmの冷間圧延鋼帯(汚れ:鉄粉及び圧延油)を、下記のアルカリ洗浄剤にて浸漬(浸漬時間2秒)、電解洗浄(電解時間0.8秒、電流密度14A/dm2)し、電解洗浄層から引き上げた。
上記洗浄工程(1)に続いて、図5に示すように、下記のリンス工程を順次に施した。冷間圧延鋼帯は、60m/分で搬送した。上記調製したリンス剤は、スプレーリンス工程(22)においてのみ用い、ブラシリンス工程(21)、仕上げリンス工程(23)では、リンス剤として工業用水を用いた。各リンス剤は、25℃に加温して用いた。
≪スプレーリンス工程(22)≫:ノズル(標準扇形ノズル1/4 KSH 1565 EVER LOY,株式会社共立合金製作所製)を用い、スプレー圧は0.1MPa、スプレー量は10m3/時間、スプレー時間は1秒で、表1に示すリンス剤によるスプレーリンスを行なった。
≪仕上げリンス工程(23)≫:ノズル(標準扇形ノズル1/4 KSH 1565 EVER LOY,株式会社共立合金製作所製)を用い、スプレー圧は0.1MPa、スプレー量は50m3/時間、スプレー時間は1秒間で、リンス剤(工業用水)によるスプレーリンスを行った後、リンス剤(工業用水)に2秒間浸漬した。
上記処理が施された鋼帯表面の水濡れ性を面積で表す指標(WB:ウォーターブレーク)により評価した。WBの測定は仕上げリンス後の鋼板の写真を撮影し、水濡れ部分の面積を方眼紙にあてはめて算出した。評価は、この値が小さい程、乾燥性が良いことを表す。
スプレーリンス工程(22)におけるリンス剤の排液のCOD(mg/L)を、工場排水試験方法(JISK0102 17)により測定した。
実施例3において、スプレーリンス工程(22)のスプレー循環率を表2に示すように変えたこと以外は、実施例3と同様のリンス剤(各例のリンス剤のpHを表2に示す。)を用い、実施例3と同様にして、鋼帯について洗浄工程(1)およびリンス工程(2)を施した後、25℃のリンス乾燥性、及び排水CODを以下の方法で評価した。結果を表2に示す。
実施例3において、スプレーリンス工程(22)を施さなかったこと、ブラシリンス工程および仕上げリンス工程では、工業用水の代わりに、実施例3と同様のリンス剤(各例のリンス剤の濃度、pH、温度を表2に示す。)を用いたこと以外は、実施例3と同様にして、鋼帯について洗浄工程(1)およびリンス工程(2)を施した後、25℃のリンス乾燥性、及び排水CODを以下の方法で評価した。結果を表2に示す。
実施例1と同様にして、鋼帯について洗浄工程(1)を施した。次いで、リンス剤として25℃または70℃の工業用水を用いて、ブラシリンス工程(21)および仕上げリンス工程(23)により、リンス工程(2)を施した後、25℃のリンス乾燥性、及び排水CODを以下の方法で評価した。結果を表2に示す。

Claims (4)
- 鋼帯に付着する汚れを洗浄剤により洗浄する洗浄工程(1)と前記洗浄工程(1)が施された後の前記鋼帯をリンス剤によりリンスするリンス工程(2)を有する鋼帯の洗浄方法であって、
前記リンス工程(2)で用いるリンス剤は、下記一般式(1):
リンス剤の循環率が40〜100%である、鋼帯の洗浄方法。 - 前記リンス剤が、更に、下記一般式(2):
R5−O−{(EO)m/(AO)n}H (2)
(式中、R5は炭素数12〜18の直鎖若しくは分岐鎖のアルキル基又はアルケニル基、EOはエチレンオキシ基、AOは炭素数3〜4のアルキレンオキシ基、mはEOの平均付加モル数を示し、1〜35の数であり、nはAOの平均付加モル数を示し、0〜35である。(EO)m/(AO)nはEOがm個とAOがn個とが配列して付加していることを表し、これらの配列はブロックでもランダムでもよい。)で表される非イオン性界面活性剤(b)を含有する水系組成物である請求項1記載の鋼帯の洗浄方法。 - 前記リンス工程(2)における、前記鋼帯に前記リンス剤を接触させる工程は、ブラシしながら前記リンス剤で前記鋼帯をリンスする工程(21)、及び/又は前記リンス剤をスプレーしてブラシせずに前記鋼帯をリンスする工程(22)を、含む請求項1又は2記載の鋼帯の洗浄方法。
- 前記リンス工程(2)における、前記鋼帯に前記リンス剤を接触させる方法は、少なくとも、前記リンス剤をスプレーして前記鋼帯をリンスする工程(22)を含み、
かつ、当該スプレーリンス工程(22)における、
スプレーヘッド圧が0.05〜1.5MPa、
スプレー量が0.5〜100m3/時間、
スプレー時間が0.01〜30秒、
である請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の鋼帯の洗浄方法。
