キレート剤(C)が組成物(イ)及び/若しくは組成物(ロ)に含有されるか、又は、組成物(イ)及び組成物(ロ)に、さらに、キレート剤(C)若しくはキレート剤(C)を含有する組成物(ハ)を含んでなる、
上記表面処理鋼板用洗浄剤組成物を得るためのキット、に関する。
前記洗浄工程(2)において、前記アルカリ洗浄剤として上記表面処理鋼板用洗浄剤組成物を用いる表面処理された冷間圧延鋼板の製造方法、に関する。
(1)被洗浄鋼板
被洗浄鋼板はすべて以下の手順で調製した。即ち、パーム油を約30重量%含有する合成エステル系圧延油で冷間圧延された厚さ0.5mmの鋼板を、25mm×50mmの大きさに切断したものを洗浄サンプルとした。洗浄サンプルの付着油分量は、200mg/m2である。
洗浄試験はすべて以下の手順で行った。即ち、洗浄剤組成物(汚れなし洗浄液)中に、それぞれ設置した縦100mm×横50mmの大きさの電極板一対(電極間距離は20mm)から等距離かつ中心に被洗浄鋼板を1秒間浸漬し、その後続けて電流密度10A/dm2で鋼板電位を負から正にそれぞれ0.5秒間ずつ一度切り替えて電解洗浄し、水でスプレーリンス(60℃の水をスプレー圧:0.2MPaで2秒間スプレー)した後、乾燥した。
洗浄試験後の鋼板付着油分量は、すべて鋼板付着油量測定装置EMIA−111(株式会社堀場製作所製)を用いて測定した。測定値は5回測定の平均値である。洗浄性の評価基準は、残存付着油分量が20mg/m2以上は「不良」、10mg/m2以上20mg/m2未満は「良」、10mg/m2未満は「優」とした。
1000mlのメスシリンダーに洗浄剤組成物(汚れなし洗浄液)を300ml調整し、液温を表1に示すように保持した。その後、前記洗浄液にガラスボールフィルターを通じて、窒素を1.0L/minで流し、1分間後の洗浄液の高さと泡高さの和で評価した。評価は、汚れなし洗浄液の泡高さのみについて行った。泡高さが400ml未満であれば「○」、400ml以上〜600ml未満であれば「△」、600ml以上であれば「×」とした。
i)濡れ性:300mlビーカーに洗浄剤組成物(汚れなし洗浄液)を300ml調整し、液温を表1に示すように保持した。(1)の被洗浄鋼板の表面の圧延油をn‐ヘキサンを染ませたペーパータオルで十分に除去し評価用の鋼板とした。この鋼板を前記洗浄液中に垂直に1秒間浸漬した後、垂直のまま取り出してすぐに水平にして鋼板表面の濡れ性を目視で判定した。濡れ性の評価は、鋼板の表面に洗浄剤組成物が付着している割合が90面積%以上であれば「○」、90面積%未満であれば「×」とした。
ii)シミ:濡れ性を確認後、すぐにドライヤーで熱風を吹き付けて鋼板表面を乾燥した後、鋼板表面に残るシミ(ムラ)を目視で判定した。撥水した部分がシミとなって残る。シミの面積が10面積%未満であれば「○」、10面積%以上であれば「×」とした。
表1に示す組成を有する洗浄剤組成物(バランス量は水として脱イオン水を使用)を調製し、表1に示す洗浄温度条件で、上記の洗浄試験、抑泡性試験、撥水ムラ試験を行った。結果を表1に示す。
グルコン酸Naは、グルコン酸ナトリウム塩、
EDTA‐4Naは、エチレンジアミン四酢酸四ナトリウム塩、
PAAは、アクリル酸ホモポリマー(水溶性高分子カルボン酸類)、を示す。

請求項1記載の表面処理鋼板用洗浄剤組成物を得るためのキット。 - 鋼板を圧延油の存在下で冷間圧延する工程(1)と、前記圧延された鋼板に付着する圧延油をアルカリ洗浄剤により洗浄する工程(2)、前記アルカリ洗浄された鋼板を焼鈍する工程(3)及び前記焼鈍された後の鋼板を表面処理する工程(4)を有する、表面処理された冷間圧延鋼板の製造方法であって、
前記洗浄工程(2)において、前記アルカリ洗浄剤として請求項1記載の表面処理鋼板用洗浄剤組成物を用いる表面処理された冷間圧延鋼板の製造方法。
