Claims (1)
- 帯状の電解質膜を鉛直方向上向きに搬送する電解質膜搬送手段と、
前記鉛直方向に搬送される電解質膜の両面に電極触媒層を同時に形成する触媒層形成手段と、
前記電解質膜の両面に圧縮されたガス流体を前記両面に対して垂直に噴射して当該電解質膜の姿勢を制御するガス吹当手段と、
を有することを特徴とする膜電極接合体の製造装置。
