Claims (2)
- 生体の体腔内に挿入される挿入部と、
前記挿入部の先端側に設けられ、観察対象となる生体組織に投与される蛍光薬剤の吸収スペクトル帯域に含まれる波長の励起光を前記生体組織に照射する励起光照射部と、
前記蛍光薬剤から発する蛍光を減光させる減光モード時において、前記生体組織からの蛍光スペクトルを観察して得られる蛍光画像情報を、前記励起光照射部が前記励起光を連続的に照射している間に時系列的に2回取得してそれぞれ記憶する蛍光画像取得・記憶部と、
前記前後の蛍光画像情報を蛍光画像取得・記憶部から読み出したそれぞれの画像情報の蛍光強度を差分して差分情報として出力する画像処理部と、
蛍光薬剤が消滅しているか否かを前記差分情報に基づいて判断する判定部と、
前記判定部において前記蛍光薬剤が消滅したと判断した場合に、前記減光モードから自家蛍光観察モードに切り替える制御部とを備えたことを特徴とする蛍光内視鏡システム。 - 励起光発生部が、観察対象となる生体組織に投与される蛍光薬剤の吸収スペクトル帯域に含まれる波長の励起光を発生するステップと、
蛍光画像取得・記憶部が、前記蛍光薬剤から発する蛍光を減光させるモード時において、前記励起光が連続的に発生している間に、前記生体組織からの蛍光スペクトルを観察して時系列的に蛍光画像情報を2回取得してそれぞれ記憶するステップと、
画像処理部が、前記蛍光画像取得・記憶部から前後の蛍光画像情報を読み出したそれぞれ画像情報の蛍光強度を差分したものを差分情報として、出力するステップと、
判定部が、前記蛍光薬剤が消滅しているか否かを、前記差分情報に基づいて判断するステップと、
制御部が、前記判定部において前記蛍光薬剤が消滅したと判断した場合に、前記減光モードから自家蛍光観察モードに切り替えるステップとを、具備したことを特徴とする蛍光内視鏡システムの作動方法。
