Description
Claims (12)
- 指定電圧に応じた出力電圧を出力端子から出力する電源装置であって、
ハイ電位およびロー電位のいずれを出力端子に接続するかをそれぞれ切り替える複数のスイッチと、
前記複数のスイッチのそれぞれが前記ハイ電位を出力するパルス幅を制御して、前記出力電圧を前記指定電圧に近付ける多相パルス幅変調部と、
前記指定電圧または前記出力電圧に応じて、前記ハイ電位および前記ロー電位の間の電位差を変更する変更部と、
を備え、
前記変更部は、前記出力電圧が前記指定電圧から基準範囲内でない場合には前記出力電圧に応じて前記電位差を変更し、前記出力電圧が前記指定電圧から前記基準範囲内にある場合には前記指定電圧に応じて前記電位差を変更する
電源装置。 - 前記多相パルス幅変調部は、前記複数のスイッチに含まれる少なくとも1組の1対のスイッチについて、前記ハイ電位を出力する位相を反転させ、
前記変更部は、前記指定電圧または前記出力電圧が、前記ハイ電位および前記ロー電位の中間電位に近づくように前記電位差を変更する
請求項1に記載の電源装置。 - 前記複数のスイッチは、少なくとも1組の前記1対のスイッチからなる請求項2に記載の電源装置。
- 前記変更部は、前記電位差を変更して前記パルス幅のデューティーを50%に近付ける請求項2または3に記載の電源装置。
- 前記変更部は、前記ロー電位をグランドに固定して、前記ハイ電位を前記指定電圧または前記出力電圧に応じて変更する請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の電源装置。
- 前記変更部は、前記指定電圧に応じて前記ハイ電位を変更する請求項5に記載の電源装置。
- 前記変更部は、前記ハイ電位が前記指定電圧の2倍となるように前記ハイ電位を変更する請求項6に記載の電源装置。
- 前記変更部は、前記出力電圧に応じて前記ハイ電位を変更する請求項5に記載の電源装置。
- 前記変更部は、前記ハイ電位が前記出力電圧の2倍となるように前記ハイ電位を変更する請求項8に記載の電源装置。
- 前記変更部は、前記出力電圧の変化に対する前記多相パルス幅変調部の応答速度と比較してより遅い速度で、前記出力電圧の変化に対して前記ハイ電位を変更する請求項8または9に記載の電源装置。
- 被試験デバイスを試験する試験装置であって、
請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載した電源装置により前記被試験デバイスに電源を供給する電源供給部と、
前記被試験デバイスを試験する試験部と、
を備える試験装置。 - ハイ電位およびロー電位のいずれを出力端子に接続するかをそれぞれ切り替える複数のスイッチを備え、指定電圧に応じた出力電圧を出力端子から出力する電源装置を制御する制御方法であって、
前記複数のスイッチのそれぞれが前記ハイ電位を出力するパルス幅を制御して、前記出力電圧を前記指定電圧に近付ける多相パルス幅変調段階と、
前記指定電圧または前記出力電圧に応じて、前記ハイ電位および前記ロー電位の間の電位差を変更する変更段階と、
を備え、
前記変更段階は、前記出力電圧が前記指定電圧から基準範囲内でない場合には前記出力電圧に応じて前記電位差を変更し、前記出力電圧が前記指定電圧から前記基準範囲内にある場合には前記指定電圧に応じて前記電位差を変更する
