Claims (9)
- 外側部分(3)を内側部分(6)に対して支承するラジアル支承装置(1a,1b,1c,1d)であって、外側部分(3)と内側部分(6)とが1つの共通の長手方向軸線(5)を中心に互いに相対的に回転するようになっており、ラジアル支承装置(1a,1b,1c,1d)が、外側部分(3)または内側部分(6)に形成された軸受座(8a,8b,8c,8d)を有しており、該軸受座(8a,8b,8c,8d)が、軸受座(8a,8b,8c,8d)を負荷域(12a,12b,12c,12d)で負荷するラジアル荷重(10a,10b,10c,10d)に対して相対的に静止する形式のものにおいて、ラジアル支承装置(1a,1b,1c,1d)が転がり支承装置(9)として形成されており、軸受座(8a,8b,8c,8d)が長手方向軸線(5)の方向で、その周囲にわたって変化する幅を有しており、軸受座(8a,8b,8c,8d)が負荷域(12a,12b,12c,12d)を起点として負荷域(12a,12b,12c,12d)の外側で、明確に細化されているか、または前記周囲において局所的なゼロの幅によって中断されていることを特徴とするラジアル支承装置。
- 外側部分(3)がハウジング(2a)として形成され、内側部分(6)が、ハウジング(2a)内に支承された軸(4a)として形成され、かつ幅が変化する軸受座(8a)が軸(4a)に形成されており、ラジアル荷重(10a)が軸(4a)と共に回転する、請求項1記載のラジアル支承装置。
- 外側部分(3)がハウジング(2b)として形成され、内側部分(6)が、ハウジング(2b)内に支承された軸(4b)として形成され、かつ幅が変化する軸受座(8b)がハウジング(2b)に形成されており、ラジアル荷重(10b)がハウジング(2b)に対して相対的に静止する、請求項1記載のラジアル支承装置。
- 外側部分(3)がボス(13a)として形成され、内側部分(6)が、ボス(13a)を支承する軸ピン(14a)として形成され、かつ幅が変化する軸受座(8c)がボス(13a)に形成されており、ラジアル荷重(10c)がボス(13a)と共に回転する、請求項1記載のラジアル支承装置。
- 外側部分(3)がボス(13b)として形成され、内側部分(6)が、ボス(13b)を支承する軸ピン(14b)として形成され、かつ幅が変化する軸受座(8d)が軸ピン(14b)に形成されており、ラジアル荷重(10d)が軸ピン(14b)に対して相対的に静止する、請求項1記載のラジアル支承装置。
- 軸(4a)がアンバランス軸(23)として形成されており、アンバランス軸(23)の、長手方向軸線(5)に対して偏心的に配置された質量重心(29)が、アンバランス軸(23)の外周に設けられた単数または複数の切欠き(30)に由来しており、切欠き(30)が、アンバランス軸(23)の質量重心(29)に関して、部分的にまたは完全にアンバランス軸(23)の長手方向軸線(5)の向こう側に延びており、幅が変化する軸受座(8a)に直接隣接している、請求項2記載のラジアル支承装置。
- アンバランス軸(23)のラジアル支承装置(1a)のために、インナレースを備えていないころ軸受として又はニードルスリーブ(25)として、形成された少なくとも1つの転がり軸受(9)が設けられている、請求項6記載のラジアル支承装置。
- ころ軸受もしくはニードルスリーブ(25)の幅が、ころ軸受もしくはニードルスリーブ(25)に対応配置され幅が変化する軸受座(8a)の最大の幅(26)に相当するのに対し、軸受座(8a)の最小の幅(27)が、ころ軸受もしくはニードルスリーブ(25)のニードル(28)の長さよりも小さく形成されており、ころ軸受もしくはニードルスリーブ(25)の潤滑のために、無圧の潤滑剤ミストだけが設けられている、請求項7記載のラジアル支承装置。
- 前記軸受座(8a)の最小の幅(27)が、軸受座(8a)が負荷域(12a)の外側で前記周囲において中断されているように選択されている、請求項8記載のラジアル支承装置。
