Description
更に、支持部材が感熱部の下動に応じて上方に押し返すバネを備えるので、調理容器をコンロバーナ上方に載置したとき、感熱部がバネの付勢力に抗して押し下げられ、バネの圧縮反力で調理容器の底面に確実に当接させることができる。
Claims (3)
- 環状のコンロバーナで囲われるバーナ内方空間から上方に延び、コンロバーナで加熱される調理容器の底面に当接して該調理容器の温度を検出するコンロ用鍋底温度センサにおいて、
前記バーナ内方空間に立設した感熱部と、該感熱部を上下方向に摺動自在に保持する支持部材とを備え、
前記感熱部は、調理容器の底面に当接する集熱板と、該集熱板の温度に応じて変形するバイメタルと、該バイメタルの変形量を検出してこの変化量を温度に対応する電気的な値に変換する変形量検出手段とを備え、
前記支持部材は、前記感熱部の下動に応じて上方に押し返すバネを備え、
前記変形量検出手段は、前記コンロバーナの火炎を形成する炎孔よりも下方位置に設けられることを特徴とするコンロ用鍋底温度センサ。 - 前記バイメタルは、つる巻き形であって、その変形に伴い両端が互いに相対方向に回転し、
前記変形量検出手段は、該バイメタルの回転角を検出することを特徴とする請求項1記載のコンロ用鍋底温度センサ。 - 前記バイメタルは、平板形であって、その変形に伴い一部が上下方向に変位し、
前記変形量検出手段は、該バイメタルの変位を検出することを特徴とする請求項1記載のコンロ用鍋底温度センサ。
