Claims (12)
- リチウムイオンをドープ及び脱ドープできる正極と非水電解液と負極とを備えた再充電可能な非水電解液二次電池の前記負極に用いられる材料において、負極活物質がLi吸蔵粒子1種類以上と40重量%以上の黒鉛粒子1種類以上からなり、前記黒鉛粒子において、X線回折法による(002)面間隔d(002)が0.3354nm以上0.338nm以下、かつラマン分光分析によるGピークとDピークの面積比がG/D≧9であり、前記Li吸蔵粒子がシリコンと鉄、シリコンとチタン、及びシリコンとニッケルの複合粒子の内の少なくとも一種を含むことを特徴とする負極材料。
- 請求項1に記載の負極材料において、前記Li吸蔵粒子と前記黒鉛粒子が混在して電極形成していることを特徴とする負極材料。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の負極材料において、集電体上に前記黒鉛粒子からなる層が存在し、さらにその上に前記Li吸蔵粒子と前記黒鉛粒子からなる混合層が存在することを特徴とする負極材料。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の負極材料において、集電体上に前記Li吸蔵粒子と前記黒鉛粒子からなる混合層が存在し、さらにその上に前記黒鉛粒子からなる層が存在することを特徴とする負極材料。
- 請求項1乃至4の内のいずれか一項に記載の負極材料において、前記Li吸蔵粒子が黒鉛と複合粒子を形成し、かつ前記Li吸蔵粒子と複合粒子を形成する黒鉛のX線回折法による(002)面間隔d(002)が0.3354nm以上0.338nm以下、かつラマン分光分析によるGピークとDピークの面積比がG/D≧9であることを特徴とする負極材料。
- 請求項1乃至5の内のいずれか一項に記載の負極材料において、前記Li吸蔵粒子がアモルファス構造を有することを特徴とする負極材料。
- リチウムイオンをドープおよび脱ドープできる正極と非水電解液と負極とを備えた再充電可能な非水電解液二次電池において、負極活物質がLi吸蔵粒子1種類以上と40重量%以上の黒鉛粒子1種類以上からなり、前記黒鉛粒子において、X線回折法による(002)面間隔d(002)が0.3354nm以上0.338nm以下、かつラマン分光分析によるGピークとDピークの面積比がG/D≧9であり、前記Li吸蔵粒子が、シリコンと鉄、シリコンとチタン、及びシリコンとニッケルの複合粒子内の少なくとも1種類を含むことを特徴とする二次電池。
- 請求項7に記載の二次電池において、前記Li吸蔵粒子と黒鉛粒子が混在して電極形成していることを特徴とする二次電池。
- 請求項7又は8に記載の二次電池において、集電体上に黒鉛粒子からなる層が存在し、さらにその上にLi吸蔵粒子と黒鉛粒子からなる混合層が存在することを特徴とする二次電池。
- 請求項7又は8に記載の二次電池において、集電体上に前記Li吸蔵粒子と前記黒鉛粒子からなる混合層が存在し、さらにその上に黒鉛粒子からなる層が存在することを特徴とする二次電池。
- 請求項7乃至10の内のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池においてLi吸蔵粒子が黒鉛と複合粒子を形成し、かつLi吸蔵粒子と複合粒子を形成する黒鉛のX線回折法による(002)面間隔d(002)が0.3354nm以上0.338nm以下、かつラマン分光分析によるGピークとDピークの面積比がG/D≧9であることを特徴とする二次電池。
- 請求項7乃至11の内のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池において、前記Li吸蔵粒子がアモルファス構造を有することを特徴とする二次電池。
