Description
Claims (13)
- a)少なくとも1種のベースオイルと、
b)増粘剤としての、少なくとも1種のスルホン酸カルシウム石鹸及び/又はスルホン酸カルシウム複合石鹸と、
c)少なくとも1種のモリブデン含有添加物と、を含んでおり、
モリブデン含有添加物が、少なくとも1種のジチオカルバミン酸モリブデン、及び少なくとも1種の三核モリブデン化合物から成る群より選択される等速ジョイントに使用されるグリース組成物。 - 12重量パーセントから20重量パーセントの、少なくとも1種のスルホン酸カルシウム石鹸及び/又はスルホン酸カルシウム複合石鹸を含む請求項1に記載のグリース組成物。
- 少なくとも1種のモリブデン含有添加物として、更に、少なくとも1種のジチオリン酸モリブデン、MoS2、及び/又は少なくとも1種のS−FreeかつP−Freeの有機モリブデン化合物を含む請求項1または2に記載のグリース組成物。
- 0.2重量パーセントから5重量パーセントの少なくとも1種の三核モリブデン化合物を含む請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のグリース組成物。
- 0.25重量パーセントから5重量パーセントの少なくとも1種のジチオカルバミン酸モリブデンを含む請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のグリース組成物。
- ジチオカルバミン酸モリブデンが、少なくとも1種の固体ジチオカルバミン酸モリブデンから成る群より選択される請求項3から5のいずれかに記載のグリース組成物。
- 0.3重量パーセントから2.0重量パーセントの少なくとも1種の三核モリブデン化合物、及び0.5重量パーセントから3重量パーセントの少なくとも1種のジチオカルバミン酸モリブデンを含む請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のグリース組成物。
- 少なくとも1種のジチオリン酸モリブデンをさらに含む請求項1から7のいずれかに記載のグリース組成物。
- ベースオイル組成物が、poly−α−olefin、ナフテン油、パラフィン油、及び/又は合成有機エステルを含む請求項1から8のいずれかに記載のグリース組成物。
- 少なくとも1種の抗酸化剤、少なくとも1種の防錆剤、少なくとも1種の耐摩耗剤、少なくとも1種のワックス、少なくとも1種の摩擦調整剤、及び/又は少なくとも1種の極圧剤をさらに含む請求項1から9のいずれかに記載のグリース組成物。
- 65重量パーセントから86.9重量パーセントのベースオイル組成物、16重量パーセントから20重量パーセントの少なくとも1種のスルホン酸カルシウム石鹸及び/又はスルホン酸カルシウム複合石鹸、0.3重量パーセントから2.0重量パーセントの少なくとも1種の三核モリブデン化合物、及び0.5重量パーセントから3重量パーセントの少なくとも1種のジチオカルバミン酸モリブデンを含む請求項1から10のいずれかに記載のグリース組成物。
- 等速ジョイントに対して上記グリース組成物を使用するステップを含む請求項1から11のいずれかに記載のグリース組成物の使用方法。
- 請求項1から11のいずれかに記載のグリース組成物を含んだ等速ジョイント。
