Claims (3)
- 往復運動をともない移動可能なピストン手段(101)を摺動可能に挿入する、少なくとも1つの圧縮チャンバー(1)と、流体を圧縮するための、少なくとも1つの入口弁(2)と、前記圧縮流体が前記圧縮チャンバー(1)から供給されるための、少なくとも1つの出口弁(4)と、を備え、
前記出口弁(4)は前記圧縮流体の貯蔵タンク(10)に接続されており、
前記入口弁(2)は、前記弁(2)の密閉素子(302)を直接押して前記弁(2)を開状態にする並進手段(502、512)を備えており、
前記並進手段(502、512)は、前記密閉素子(302)の平面に対して直角の方向に移動可能であり、また、適当な操作手段(303、403)により、往復運動をともない前記方向に移動可能なアクチュエータ手段(3、103、203)と作用し合う、往復動圧縮機の流量連続調節用装置であって、
前記アクチュエータ手段(3、103、203)の前記操作手段(303、403)は、電気機械的な手段であり、ロッド(103)を含み、前記ロッド(103)の一方の端部(133)が、前記並進手段(502、512)を介して前記密閉素子(302)を引っぱることはできず、押すことのみが可能な構造であり、前記ロッド(103)の他方の端部(163,173)はその位置を検出するための手段(42)と作用し、また前記ロッド(103)は径方向に突出した磁化可能な可動部(203)を中心部に備え、前記可動部は、2個のソレノイド(303、403)と作用し合い、前記アクチュエータ手段(3、103、203)の軸に平行な方向に、前記アクチュエータ手段(3、103、203)のそれらの両方の移動方向への変位を制御するため、弾性負荷手段(213、223)と、前記アクチュエータ手段(3、103、203)の位置を検出するための前記手段(42)を用いて、前記ソレノイドとの間のあらかじめ決められた位置に配置され、
前記圧縮チャンバー内でのピストンの位置を検出するための手段(43)をさらに含み、前記タンク内の圧力を検出するための手段(41)が装備されており、前記検出手段(42、43、41)ならびに、前記アクチュエータ手段(3、103、203)の前記操作手段(303、403)が中央処理装置(40)に接続されていることを特徴とする、装置。
- 前記ロッド(103)に対して調節可能な方法で前記弾性負荷手段(213、223)に負荷が掛けられ、前記弾性負荷手段の前記調節手段が、前記弾性負荷手段(223)と接触する、前記弁2に面する端部と反対側の、前記アクチュエータ手段(3)の端部に配置されている可動体(503)を含み、前記可動体(503)をロックするための手段(523)が備えられている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記調節手段が、前記並進手段(502、522)と作用し合う前記端部(133)と反対側の前記ロッド(103)の前記端部(163)が挿入されるチャンバー(933)を含み、前記チャンバーは、前記弁(2)の上流側の環境との間で流体のやりとりが行われる(943、953)、請求項2に記載の装置。
