Description
− 入口パイプ13から2つの出口パイプ15,17;85,87のいずれかに向かうガスの流れを助け、よって、弁によって装置内に導入される圧力降下レベルを向上する。

Claims (6)
- 装置の2つの地域に向かうガスの流れを規制するバイパス弁であって、
入口パイプを通じて入口ガスを受け入れる内室を備える、前記装置に結合される本体と、
前記2つの地域に向けられる2つの出口パイプと、
回転ピンの上に組み立てられる、前記出口パイプの閉塞部材と、
該閉塞部材の活性化手段とを含み、
前記本体は、前記内室へのアクセス開口を備える平坦面を有し、
前記閉塞部材を備える前記回転ピンと、その活性化手段とは、前記本体の前記平坦面に固定される平坦板の上に組み立てられ、
前記閉塞部材は、前記出口パイプの開始部分に構成される平坦地域と接触するようになるときに、前記出口パイプを閉塞するよう位置付けられ、それによって、前記閉塞されるべき出口パイプを通じたガスの漏れを防止する前記出口パイプの完全な閉塞を保証する、
バイパス弁。 - 前記本体は、前記出口パイプが45°未満の動作角度で作用する前記閉塞部材によって閉塞され得るように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバイパス弁。
- 前記閉塞部材は、1つの側で前記回転ピンに固定され且つ反対側で相互に結合される三角形プリズム形状を備える2つのブレードを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバイパス弁。
- 前記閉塞部材の活性化手段は、前記出口パイプの間の任意の中間位置に前記閉塞部材を配置することを可能にするアクチュエータを含み、それらの各1つに向かって方向付けられるガスの均衡した制御を可能にすることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバイパス弁。
- 当該バイパス弁が結合される前記装置は、一体化されたバイパスパイプを備えるEGR装置熱交換器であり、前記2つの地域は、冷却モジュール及びバイパスパイプであることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のうちのいずれか1項に記載のバイパス弁。
- 当該バイパス弁が結合される前記装置は、2通路EGR熱交換器であり、前記2つの地域は、前記エンジンの吸気マニフォルドに通じる冷却モジュール及び排気パイプであることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のうちのいずれか1項に記載のバイパス弁。
