Claims (13)
- ベアセルと、
前記ベアセルに電気的に接続され、回路基板と支持部材を備える保護回路モジュールと、を含む二次電池であって、
前記保護回路モジュールの回路基板は、胴体部と、第1外部端子および第2外部端子が形成された端子形成部と、前記胴体部と前記端子形成部とを連結し、前記胴体部の側面又は一端部から延びた連結部と、を備えたFPC基板であり、
前記保護回路モジュールの支持部材は、支持面が備えられた支持板と、前記支持板から延び、前記回路基板の胴体部に固定された複数の支持脚とを備え、
前記回路基板の端子形成部は、前記支持部材の支持面に載置され、前記回路基板の胴体部と離隔されること、を特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記支持部材は、前記支持脚の端部に前記回路基板の胴体部と接する接触面が備えられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記保護回路モジュールは、前記回路基板の胴体部に実装された回路素子を備え、
前記回路素子は、前記支持部材の支持板と前記回路基板の胴体部との間に形成された空間に位置することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の二次電池。 - 前記支持部材の支持板と前記回路基板の胴体部との隔離距離は、少なくとも0.6mm以上であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の二次電池。
- 前記回路基板の胴体部は、胴体部の長さ方向に沿って延びたストリップ形態であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記支持部材は、半田付けまたはSMT工程によって前記回路基板に固定されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
- 前記支持部材は金属材質であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
- 前記支持部材の支持面は絶縁処理されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の二次電池。
- 前記支持部材の支持面に絶縁テープが付着されたことを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載の二次電池。
- 前記支持部材は合成樹脂の射出物であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
- 前記支持部材の支持面に前記回路基板の端子形成部が接着されることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
- 前記支持部材の支持面と前記回路基板の端子形成部とが両面テープによって接着されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の二次電池。
- 前記回路基板は、回路素子が実装された上面と、前記上面の反対面である、前記第1外部端子と第2外部端子が備えられた下面とを備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
