Description
く、強い酸素吸着作用により、噴霧乾燥によって得られた顆粒の酸化を抑制することができ、装飾面の色調のばらつきを抑えることができる。
その後、円柱状の焼結体については、回転バレル研磨機を用いてバレル研磨して、JIS B 0601−2001で規定する算術平均高さ(Ra)が0.05〜0.23μmの表面を有する試料No.1〜12の装飾部品用セラミックスを得た。
まず、窒化チタン(TiN),アルミン酸マグネシウム(MgAl2O4),ニッケル(Ni),炭化クロム(Cr3C2)および炭酸マンガン(MnCO3)の各粉末を用意し、試料No.19については、装飾部品用セラミックスにおける含有量が実施例2の試料No.16と同様の含有量となるように秤量し、試料No.20〜22については、炭酸マンガンを含有させて装飾部品用セラミックスにおける含有量が表3に示す含有量となるように秤量し、粉砕・混合して調合原料とした。次に、実施例1と同様の製造方法にて試料No.19〜22の円板状の本発明の装飾部品用セラミックスを得た。

Claims (6)
- 窒化チタンを主成分とし、アルミン酸マグネシウムを6質量%以上13質量%以下、ニッケルを2質量%以上12質量%以下およびマンガンを0.1質量%以上1質量%以下含むことを特徴とする装飾部品用セラミックス。
- 前記アルミン酸マグネシウムの含有量が7質量%以上12質量%以下であり、前記ニッケルの含有量が3質量%以上11質量%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装飾部品用セラミックス。
- さらにクロムを炭化物換算で2質量%以上6質量%以下の範囲で含むことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の装飾部品用セラミックス。
- 装飾面のCIE1976L*a*b*色空間における明度指数L*が60以上70以下であり、クロマティクネス指数a*,b*がそれぞれ4以上8以下,13以上23以下であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の装飾部品用セラミックス。
- 請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載の装飾部品用セラミックスからなることを特徴とする釣糸案内用装飾部品。
- 請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載の装飾部品用セラミックスと、該装飾部品用セラミックスと異なる色調の装飾面を有する装飾部品とが並べて配置されていることを特徴とする複合装飾部品。
