Description
記着色剤の含有量が3.0質量%以上15.0質量%以下であり、前記酸化アルミニウムの含有
量が0.6質量%以上5.0質量%以下であるとともに、装飾面のCIE1976L*a*b*色空間における明度指数L*が72以上85以下であり、クロマティクネス指数a*,b*がそれぞれ7以上20以下,−6以上2以下であることを特徴とするものである。
有量が3.0質量%以上15.0質量%以下であり、酸化アルミニウムの含有量が0.6質量%以上5.0質量%以下であるとともに、装飾面のCIE1976L*a*b*色空間における明
度指数L*が72以上85以下であり、クロマティクネス指数a*,b*がそれぞれ7以上20以下,−6以上2以下としたことから、優しさやおだやかな暖かさを感じさせて需要者により高い癒し(ヒーリング)効果を与えたり、エレガントさを感じさせたりすることのできるピンク色〜紫色系の色調とすることができる。また、レーザ光を照射して文字,シリアルNo.等のマーキングや孔加工を施したときに、理由は明らかではないが、レーザ光の照射によって生じる酸化ジルコニウムの結晶粒子に酸化アルミニウムの結晶粒子中の酸素が補完されることによって、レーザ光を照射した部分の周辺ににじみが生じにくく、商品価値が損なわれるおそれが少ない。

そして、蛍光X線分析法またはICP発光分析法によって求め、酸化物に換算した全酸化ジルコニウムの含有量に未安定化ジルコニアの割合を乗じることによって未安定化ジルコニアの含有量を求めることができる。
本発明のピンク色〜紫色系セラミックスを得るには、まず、酸化エルビウム(Er2O3),酸化ユウロピウム(Eu2O3)および酸化ホルミウム(Ho2O3)から選ばれる少なくとも1種の着色剤の粉末が3.0〜15.0質量%であり、酸化アルミニウム(Al2O3)の粉末が0.6〜5.0質量%であり、残部が酸化ジルコニウム(ZrO2)の粉末となるように秤量する。

そして、単斜晶の比率については、算出したXmの値を、正方晶および立方晶の比率については、100からXmを引いた値を表4に示した。

Claims (13)
- 安定化剤を含む酸化ジルコニウムを主成分とし、酸化エルビウム,酸化ユウロピウムおよび酸化ホルミウムから選ばれる少なくとも1種からなる着色剤と酸化アルミニウムとを含むピンク色〜紫色系セラミックスであって、該ピンク色〜紫色系セラミックスを構成する全成分100質量%のうち、前記着色剤の含有量が3.0質量%以上15.0質量%以下であり、前記酸化アルミニウムの含有量が0.6質量%以上5.0質量%以下であるとともに、装飾面のCIE1976L*a*b*色空間における明度指数L*が72以上85以下であり、クロマティクネス指数a*,b*がそれぞれ7以上20以下,−6以上2以下であることを特徴とするピンク色〜紫色系セラミックス。
- 前記酸化アルミニウムの含有量を前記着色材の含有量で除した含有量の比率が0.1以上1.0以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のピンク色〜紫色系セラミックス。
- 前記ピンク色〜紫色系セラミックスが酸化亜鉛を含み、前記ピンク色〜紫色系セラミックスを構成する全成分100質量%のうち、前記酸化亜鉛の含有量が0.1質量%以上1質量%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のピンク色〜紫色系セラミックス。
- 前記安定化剤がイットリウム,セリウムまたはディスプロシウムの化合物であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載のピンク色〜紫色系セラミックス。
- 請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載のピンク色〜紫色系セラミックスからなることを特徴とする時計用装飾部品。
- 請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載のピンク色〜紫色系セラミックスからなることを特徴とする携帯端末機用装飾部品。
- 請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載のピンク色〜紫色系セラミックスからなることを特徴とする釣糸案内用装飾部品。
- 請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載のピンク色〜紫色系セラミックスからなることを特徴とする生活用品用装飾部品。
- 請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載のピンク色〜紫色系セラミックスからなること
を特徴とする車両用品用装飾部品。 - 請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載のピンク色〜紫色系セラミックスからなることを特徴とするスポーツ用品用装飾部品。
