Description
このように、従来技術では、電気機械は相変わらず液圧方式の機械に匹敵するような速度と加速が得られないという問題があった。
上記の永久磁石は、遊星ローラスピンドル或いは球状ローラスピンドル、又はスピンドルナット(Spindelmutter)上に設けられる。
かくして、本発明によれば、従来の射出成形機と比べて低い設定駆動動力で、特に上述したような薄肉部品を問題なしに射出成形可能とするべく同等かむしろ大きな加速度値が得られる、という特別な効果が奏される。
本発明によれば、駆動装置の動特性が向上し、動力装置の観点でもその外形寸法を比較的小さく設計された電動機を有するものとすることが可能になる。
Claims (1)
- ウォーム(3)と、前記ウォーム(3)の軸を受け入れて当該軸に回転力を与えるように設けられたローター(11)と、前記ウォーム(3)の軸を受け入れて当該軸に対してその軸方向に相対的な線形運動を生じせしめることが可能に設けられた遊星ナット(5)とを有し、前記遊星ナット(5)と前記ローター(11)とが互いに独立して回転可能に設けられていて、前記遊星ナット(5)と前記ローター(11)とに回転差を与えることによって前記遊星ナット(5)の前記ウォーム(3)に対する相対的な線形運動を生じせしめるように設定された射出成形機(1)において、
少なくとも1つの永久磁石が、前記遊星ナット(5)の外周面に対して直接に取り付けられていると共に、前記永久磁石とは別の少なくとも1つの永久磁石が、前記ローター(11)の外周面に対して直接に取り付けられており、かつ、前記遊星ナット(5)の前記永久磁石も含めた直径と前記ローター(11)の前記永久磁石も含めた直径とが等しく、かつ前記遊星ナット(5)の外周面ならびに前記ローター(11)の外周面それぞれへの前記永久磁石の取り付けが、当該射出成形機の質量慣性モーメントを低減するべく、要求される前記回転力を確保しつつ可及的最小の半径を実現するように構成されており、かつ
前記ローター(11)に取り付けられた永久磁石と電磁気的に協働して前記ロータ(11)に回転力を与えるための固定子(9)と、前記遊星ナット(5)に取り付けられた永久磁石と電磁気的に協働して前記遊星ナット(5)に回転力を与えるための固定子(9)とが、前記ローター(11)と前記遊星ナット(5)とをそれぞれ包囲するように設けられている
ことを特徴とする射出成形機。
