Description
技术领域
在电动注塑机中经常使用具有空心轴的力矩电机(具有高转矩的无传动装置的直接驱动系统)。
背景技术
在此,电机转子必须具有较大的惯性力矩。在电动注塑机中,除了必须需要用于生产的“高分辨率的”周期时间之外,还需要用于技术工艺的高动力的驱动装置,以便可以干净地生产部件。
在当今的根据现有技术的电动注塑机中通过安装大驱动功率的系统实现所要求的高动力。由此例如在喷射轴上出现这种情况,即为实现加速时间,将设置的电功率或可供使用的转矩大多数(>90%)用于使旋转的电机转子部件加速。
特别是在空心轴电机中,电机或者主轴的惯性起作用。在轴加速时,与轴自身的线性运动相比,有时更多地将能量存留到电机-主轴-联合体的旋转中。这种情况特别在注塑机中是非常重要的。在此,电动机器仍然一直没有达到液压解决方案的加速度和速度。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是减少动力传动系统中的惯性力矩,这就是说,减少旋转的电机部件和/或注塑机的旋转的部件的惯性力矩,以便特别是在与现有技术相比减少设置的驱动功率或者减少可供使用的转矩的情况下也可以毫无问题地喷射注塑薄壁部件。
为了减少在注塑机的动力传动系统中的惯性力矩而提出,将必须的永磁体(其在现有技术中本来对应于电机转子)和在机械上必须的行星式滚子主轴(Planetenrollspindel)或球形滚子主轴设计为集成的、紧凑的、机电一体化的组件。
通过直接将永磁体安装到这样修改的注塑机主轴上,不但减少了旋转的部件质量而且减小了直径。因此,可由此实现的加速度值相对于(减小的)电机转子(其现在不必再包括永磁体)的半径成平方地增长。永磁体可以在此安装到行星式滚子主轴或球形滚子主轴上或安装到主轴螺帽上。
因此,与现有技术相比,在力矩电机上可以取消空心轴。永磁体(之前安装在空心轴上)在主轴上或者在主轴螺帽上构成磁路。从而产生用于注塑机的力矩/主轴电机。
由此在使用根据本发明的想法时,在电动注塑机时实现这样的加速度值,利用该加速度值就可以毫无问题地喷射注塑薄壁部件,而不会在喷射出液体塑料时塑料凝固到冷的模具中。
因此,本发明提出一种注塑机,其中永磁体安装到注塑机的行星式滚子主轴或球形滚子主轴上或安装在主轴螺帽上。由此产生特别的效果,即在与现有技术的注塑机相比更少地设置注塑机的驱动功率的情况下,仍达到同样或甚至更好的加速度值,该加速度值是必需的,从而可以特别是毫无问题地喷射所谓的薄壁部件。
与喷射注塑的技术领域无关,由现有技术已知伺服电机,其永磁体粘接到旋转的主轴螺帽上。但对此至今仅仅已知,通过这种措施改善负荷分布和实现更长的使用寿命。此外,这种类型的电机已知仅仅用于这样的功率等级,该功率等级对于在注塑机中的使用是没有意义的/技术不可使用的,因为在此如开头所述通常需要明显更高的驱动功率。这种认知,即利用将永磁体集成到注塑机的行星式滚子主轴或球形滚子主轴或者主轴螺帽中可以减少所要求的驱动功率并且随后也完全可以考虑低功率的电机,已经归属于根据本发明的认知部分而非归属于现有技术。
现有技术中在注塑机中通常设置的大的电功率可以通过根据本发明的惯性的减少而显著减少。由此,注塑机具有在技术要求的动力方面的巨大优点。通过现在充分减少的驱动功率也获得较少的注塑机投资费用。该注塑机例如可以设计得更小。电机更换(例如修理时)也更容易,因为电机可以更小地。此外,通常可以装备具有传感器系统的更简单、更便宜以及更小的电机。

注塑机包括螺杆3、行星式螺母5以及塑化转子11。
在此,永磁体7直接安装到行星式螺母5的外部圆周上。此外塑化转子11在这里同样包括永磁体7,该永磁体安装到该转子11的外部圆周上。
注塑机的定子7包围行星式螺母5以及塑化转子11。在此,定子7可以分成两个部分并在行星式螺母5与塑化转子11之间具有空隙。
通过这些措施,根据本发明的注塑机具有与现有技术相比显著减小的惯性。驱动装置的动力被改善,并且具有相当小的功率的电机现在也可以考虑用于根据本发明的应用。
Claims (1)
1.一种注塑机(1),其中,将用于形成力矩电机的永磁体(7)安装到所述注塑机的行星式滚子主轴或球形滚子主轴上,其中,所述行星式滚子主轴或球形滚子主轴包括主轴螺帽(5),并且用于形成所述力矩电机的所述永磁体(7)在周向方向上安装到所述主轴螺帽(5)的外部圆周上,其中,设置有塑化转子(11),所述塑化转子(11)具有在所述周向方向上设置在外部圆周上的用于形成所述力矩电机的永磁体(7),其中,第一定子包围所述主轴螺帽(5),并且其中第二定子包围所述塑化转子(11),其中所述第一和所述第二定子之间存在间隙,其中对应于所述塑化转子(11)的所述第二定子在纵向方向上的长度短于所述塑化转子(11)的长度。
