Claims (4)
- 電源端子と接地端子との間に接続された酸化亜鉛形バリスタと、その酸化亜鉛形バリスタと前記電源端子との間に接続され、異常発熱により前記酸化亜鉛形バリスタを電源端子から切り離す切り離し機構とを備え、前記酸化亜鉛形バリスタは、板状のバリスタ素子とその一方の主面側に露呈した電極とを有すると共に、前記切り離し機構は、基端部が前記電源端子に取り付けられ、先端部が前記バリスタ素子の前記電極に低溶融金属合金を介して接合された切り離し導体を有し、前記酸化亜鉛形バリスタの異常発熱による前記低溶融金属合金の軟化で、先端部が弾性力により前記バリスタ素子の主面に沿う方向に移動して前記バリスタ素子の電極から離脱可能とし、
前記切り離し導体は、前記電源端子に取り付けられた基端部と前記バリスタ素子の電極に離脱可能に接合された先端部とを折り曲げ成形した形状をなし、その折り曲げ部位に円弧状の曲成部が設けられ、
複数個の酸化亜鉛形バリスタを前記バリスタ素子の板厚方向に間隔をあけて配列させ、警報信号送信用の接点スイッチを前記複数個の酸化亜鉛形バリスタの群と対向配置し、酸化亜鉛形バリスタごとに設けられた切り離し導体の少なくともいずれか一つの切り離し動作によりその先端部が押圧することで前記接点スイッチをONするレバーを、前記酸化亜鉛形バリスタの配列方向に延びるように配設した接点スイッチ機構を具備したことを特徴とする切り離し機構付SPD。 - 前記酸化亜鉛形バリスタは絶縁外皮材で被覆されたバリスタ素子を有し、その絶縁外皮材の、前記バリスタ素子の一方の主面上の一部に、前記バリスタ素子の電極を露呈させる開口部を設け、その開口部で露呈した前記電極に前記切り離し導体の先端部を前記絶縁外皮材の厚み分の低溶融金属合金で接合した請求項1に記載の切り離し機構付SPD。
- LED式劣化表示器のLED窓孔を設けたケース天面内側に平行に配置された配線基板を備え、前記配線基板のケース側の面にLED劣化表示器が配置され、それと平行な反対側の面に複数個の前記酸化亜鉛形バリスタが端子列と平行して起立状態で実装され、さらに前記電極端子および前記接地端子が設けられた請求項1又は2に記載の切り離し機構付SPD。
- LED式劣化表示器の一方の端子を前記バリスタ素子とそれぞれの一方の主面側に露呈する電極に電気的に接続した請求項3に記載の切り離し機構付SPD。
