Description
Claims (6)
- ビーム偏向条件を切り替えながらn個(但しnは2以上の整数)のビーム走査面を順次形成することによりn個のフレームデータを生成する送受波手段と、
前記n個のフレームデータの合成処理により合成フレームデータを生成する合成部と、
を含み、
前記n個のフレームデータを空間的に重ね合わせた場合における重合構成の相違から複数のサブ領域が定義され、
前記複数のサブ領域は、前記n個のフレームデータの全部が合成される中央サブ領域と、前記n個のフレームデータの内の一部が合成される複数の周辺サブ領域と、を含み、
前記各周辺サブ領域の合成処理では、前記中央サブ領域の重合構成に対する当該周辺サブ領域の重合構成不足分を補填する条件が適用され、これによって前記中央サブ領域の合成処理後のゲインと前記各周辺サブ領域の合成処理後のゲインとが揃えられ、
前記各周辺サブ領域の合成処理では、当該周辺サブ領域をカバーしている同じフレームデータの重複利用によって、前記中央サブ領域の重合構成に対する当該周辺サブ領域の重合構成不足分が補填される、
ことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 請求項1記載の装置において、
前記各周辺サブ領域の合成処理では、当該周辺サブ領域をカバーしている同じフレームデータが2回参照される、
ことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 請求項1記載の装置において、
前記nは3以上の奇数であり、
前記n個のビーム走査面は、ビーム偏向角度0度で形成されたビーム走査面と、正負対称のビーム偏向角度をもって形成された少なくとも1つのビーム走査面ペアと、を含み、
前記ビーム走査面ペアに対応するフレームデータペアが前記同一のゲイン関係を有する、
ことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 請求項1記載の装置において、
前記合成部は、
前記複数のサブ領域間で共通の関数であって分母に数値nを有し且つ分子にn個の加算要素を有する合成関数と、
前記サブ領域ごとに前記n個の加算要素に代入されるn個のエコー値を与えるn個のフレームデータ識別子が登録されたテーブルであって、前記各周辺サブ領域については前記重合構成不足分を補填するために同じフレームデータ識別子が重複して登録された対応付けテーブルと、
を備え、
前記合成部は、前記サブ領域ごとに前記対応付けテーブルを参照して前記合成関数にn個のエコー値を代入した上で前記合成関数を実行する、
ことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 請求項4記載の装置において、
前記合成部は、更に、前記n個のフレームデータの全部又は一部に基づいて前記n個の加算要素に代入されるn個のエコー値の全部又は一部を補間処理によって生成する補間手段を含む、
ことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の装置において、
前記n個のフレームデータは生体内で生じたハーモニックエコー成分によって構成されている、
ことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。
