Claims (3)
- 中空部が形成され、流体が吸い込まれる吸入口11と吸い込まれた流体を排出する排気口12とが形成される本体10と、
上記本体10の中空部に装着され、回転により上記吸入口11から流体を吸い込む加圧機構20と、
上記本体10の中空部に装着され、上記加圧機構20と接触した状態で回転し、吸い込まれた流体が上記吸入口11に移動するのを防止する制御機構30と、
モータ40により駆動する回転力を、上記加圧機構20と上記制御機構30に連結し、同一の回転数で回転させる連動手段とで構成される、無騒音加圧送風機であって、
上記本体10は、中空部が形成される円筒13と、側面に連通する隔室15とからなる形状であり、上記加圧機構20は、上記連動手段により回転する加圧回転軸21と、上記加圧回転軸21に装着された2つの螺旋形の翼25とからなって上記円筒13に装着され、また、上記制御機構30は、上記連動手段により回転し、上記隔室15に装着される制御回転軸31と、円板形状で、半径方向に一定部分切り取られた切取り溝37が形成され、上記制御回転軸31に装着され、上記翼25が上記切取り溝37を貫通して回転する制御パネル35とで構成されることを特徴とする、前記無騒音加圧送風機。 - 上記本体10は、一つの上記隔室15と、上記隔室15の両側面に連通するように形成される2つの円筒13とで構成され、上記隔室15には、上記制御機構30が装着され、2つの上記円筒13には、上記加圧機構20がそれぞれ安着することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の無騒音加圧送風機。
- 上記連動手段は、ギア50やタイムベルト60により構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の無騒音加圧送風機。
