Claims (9)
- 発光装置であって、
LED 光源、及び、
少なくとも一部の前記LED光源を被覆する光拡散素子、を含み、
前記光拡散素子は、第一ポリマー、第二ポリマー、又は、第一ポリマーと第二ポリマーの混合物を有し、
前記第一ポリマーは、前記第二ポリマーよりも大きい結晶粒径を有し、
前記第一ポリマーは、ポリプロピレン、又は、エチレンプロピレンコポリマーを含み、
前記第二ポリマーは、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、又は、エチレンプロピレンコポリマーを含み
前記第一ポリマー、及び/又は、前記第二ポリマーはエチレンプロピレンコポリマーであり、
前記エチレンプロピレンコポリマーにおけるプロピレン単量体100重量部に対するエチレン単量体の重量比は、20重量部以下である
ことを特徴とする発光装置。 - 前記第一ポリマーは結晶粒径が1μm 〜 120μmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記第二ポリマーは結晶粒径が0.05μm 〜 10μmであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の発光装置。
- 前記第一ポリマー、及び/又は、前記第二ポリマーは、室温下の結晶度が40%〜 70%であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の発光装置。
- 前記第一ポリマー、及び/又は、前記第二ポリマーは、重量平均分子量が10,000 〜 1,000,000であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の発光装置。
- 前記混合物の透過率は、前記第一ポリマーの透過率と前記第二ポリマーの透過率の間の値であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の発光装置。
- 前記混合物の光拡散率は、前記第一ポリマー及び前記第二ポリマーのいずれの光拡散率よりも高いことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の発光装置。
- 前記混合物の前記第一ポリマーと前記第二ポリマーは、重量比が50:50 〜 95:5であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の発光装置。
- 前記第一ポリマー、及び/又は、前記第二ポリマーは、溶解指数が0.1g/10min〜 200g/10minであることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の発光装置。
