Description
[1](1)ナノカーボンに金属層をコーティングする段階と、
(2)金属層がコーティングされたナノカーボンを熱処理して複合ナノ粉末を生産する段階と、
(3)その複合ナノ粉末を焼結する段階と、
を含む複合材料の生産方法。
[2]その段階(1)以前に、分散剤の使用、超音波攪拌、又はこれらの組み合わせによりそのナノカーボンを分散させる段階を更に含む、第[1]項に記載の複合材料の生産方法。
[3]その段階(2)以後に、還元性気体雰囲気下で熱処理をして、その段階(2)で複合ナノ粉末の表面に生成された酸化層を除去する段階を更に含む、第[1]項に記載の複合材料の生産方法。
[4]その熱処理を真空又は不活性気体雰囲気下で行って金属ナノ粒子を形成するか、又は窒素、酸素、フッ素若しくは塩素雰囲気下で行ってセラミックナノ粒子を形成する、第[1]項に記載の複合材料の生産方法。
[5]その段階(2)以後に、その段階(1)の金属と同種又は異種の、金属又はセラミックナノ粒子を追加する段階を更に含む、第[4]項に記載の複合材料の生産方法。
[6]そのナノカーボンが、カーボンナノチューブ、カーボンナノロッド、グラフェン、及びカーボンナノファイバーから成る群から選択される少なくとも1つである、第[1]項に記載の複合材料の生産方法。
[7]その金属が、銅、ニッケル、金、銀、白金、チタン、亜鉛、マンガン、及びガリウムから成る群から選択される少なくとも1つである、第[1]項に記載の複合材料の生産方法。

図2は、本発明の実施例によるカーボンナノファイバー/銅ナノ複合粉末の生産の詳細工程を示すフローチャートである。本実施例1においては、ナノカーボンとして、直径が約100nmであり、長さが約10μmであるカーボンナノファイバーを使用した。
実施例2において、実施例1と同様に、同一のカーボンナノファイバーと同一の銅メッキ条件下でカーボンナノファイバーに銅層を形成した。ただし、銅がメッキされたカーボンナノファイバーを酸素雰囲気で熱処理して、セラミック粉末(酸化物)とカーボンナノファイバーが均一に混合された複合粉末を生産した。
実施例3において、実施例1と同一条件でカーボンナノファイバーと銅ナノ粒子が均一に混合されたナノ複合材料を生成した後、異種の金属粒子を混合して複合材料を生産した。

Claims (9)
- (1’)分散剤の使用、超音波撹拌、又はこれらの組み合わせによりナノカーボンを分散させる段階と、
(1)該ナノカーボンに金属層をコーティングする段階と、
(2)金属層がコーティングされたナノカーボンを窒素、酸素、フッ素もしくは塩素雰囲気下で熱処理して複合ナノ粉末を生産する段階と、
(3)複合ナノ粉末を焼結する段階とを含み、
前記複合ナノ粉末は、前記熱処理により前記金属層から形成されたセラミックナノ粒子が前記ナノカーボンに分散しているものである、複合材料の生産方法。 - 前記段階(2)以後に、還元性気体雰囲気下で熱処理をして、前記段階(2)で複合ナノ粉末の表面に生成された酸化層を除去する段階を更に含む、請求項1に記載の複合材料の生産方法。
- 前記段階(2)以後に、前記段階(1)の金属と同種又は異種の、金属又はセラミックナノ粒子を追加する段階を更に含む、請求項1に記載の複合材料の生産方法。
- 前記ナノカーボンが、カーボンナノチューブ、カーボンナノロッド、グラフェン、及びカーボンナノファイバーから成る群から選択される少なくとも1つである、請求項1に記載の複合材料の生産方法。
- 前記金属が、銅、ニッケル、金、銀、白金、チタン、亜鉛、マンガン、及びガリウムから成る群から選択される少なくとも1つである、請求項1に記載の複合材料の生産方法。
- 前記金属層の厚さが10nmから1μmである、請求項1に記載の複合材料の生産方法。
- 前記複合ナノ粉末中の前記金属と前記ナノカーボンとの質量比が99.99:0.01から50:50である、請求項1に記載の複合材料の生産方法。
- 前記コーティングが、無電解メッキ法、電解メッキ法、スパッタリング法、蒸着法、又は化学気相蒸着法により行われる、請求項1に記載の複合材料の生産方法。
- 前記焼結が、冷間若しくは熱間成形後の熱処理、又は、スパークプラズマ焼結法により行われる、請求項1に記載の複合材料の生産方法。
