Claims (8)
- 光源と、
前記光源から供給される照明光の光量を調整する絞り部材と、
前記絞り部材を開閉動作させる絞り駆動部と、
前記絞り駆動部に供給する電力量を設定して前記絞り部材の開閉量を制御する開閉制御部と、
前記絞り部材を特定位置に固定した際の固定位置情報を検出すると共に該固定位置情報に基づき前記開閉制御部から出力する駆動信号と前記絞り部材の開閉位置とを調整する調整データを設定し、該調整データにより前記開閉制御部の制御範囲を規定する制御範囲設定部とを有し、
前記特定位置は前記絞り部材の全開位置と全閉位置であり、
前記全開位置と前記全閉位置とに、前記絞り部材の回動範囲を規制するストッパピンが設けられ、
前記制御範囲設定部は、前記絞り部材を全開位置側の前記ストッパピンで規制される回動範囲を超えて移動可能な電力量で移動させて該全開位置側のストッパピンに掛止させ、該掛止された際の前記絞り部材の位置を示す位置検出情報に基づいて全開側の前記固定位置情報を検出し、該固定位置情報を前記開閉制御部の全開側の制御範囲限界値として設定し、又前記絞り部材を全閉位置側の前記ストッパピンで規制される回動範囲を超えて移動可能な電力量で移動させて該全閉位置側のストッパピンに掛止させ、該掛止された際の前記絞り部材の位置を示す位置検出情報に基づいて全閉側の前記固定位置情報を検出し、該固定位置情報を前記開閉制御部の全閉側の制御範囲限界値として設定する
ことを特徴とする光源装置。 - 調整開始を指示する調整指示手段を有し、
前記制御範囲設定部は、前記調整指示手段からの指示信号を検出して前記開閉制御部から出力する駆動信号と前記絞り部材の開閉位置との調整を開始する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光源装置。 - 前記制御範囲設定部は、電源のオン信号を検出して前記開閉制御部から出力する駆動信号と前記絞り部材の開閉位置との調整を開始する
ことを特徴とする請求項1,2の何れか1項に記載の光源装置。 - 前記制御範囲設定部は、電源投入の回数が設定回数に達したとき、或いは稼働時間の累計が設定時間に達したとき、前記開閉制御部から出力する駆動信号と前記絞り部材の開閉位置との調整を開始する
ことを特徴とする請求項1,2の何れか1項に記載の光源装置。 - 前記制御範囲設定部で設定した調整データを記憶する記憶手段を備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の光源装置。 - 前記制御範囲設定部は、前記固定位置情報が設定時間経過しても検出されなかった場合、前記記憶手段に記憶されている最新の調整データに基づいて前記制御範囲限界値を設定する
ことを特徴とする請求項5記載の光源装置。 - 前記絞り部材の動作により誘導起電力を発生する制動コイルと、該誘導起電力を調整する調整回路とを有し、
前記制御範囲設定部は、前記絞り部材を特定位置に固定した際の前記調整回路から出力される出力値が一定値を示すように調整する
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の光源装置。 - 前記請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載の光源装置と、
前記光源装置から供給される照明光を被写体に照射し、該被写体からの反射光を取り込む内視鏡と
を備えることを特徴とする内視鏡装置。
