Claims (5)
- 核酸断片の配列情報を検出する検出領域、及び検出領域の両端に配置された検出外領域を備えた流路を有する核酸分析反応セルであって、
前記流路には、測定対象の核酸を固定するための固定層を、前記検出領域および前記検出外領域の双方に有し、
一方の検出外領域には流入口が設けられ、他方の検出外領域には流出口が設けられ、
前記検出領域は、液体が流れる方向と垂直方向の幅が均一な領域であり、
前記検出領域の両端に配置された検出外領域は、端に近づくにつれて幅が狭くなる領域であり、
流入口が設けられた検出外領域のみに液体を分岐するための分岐部材を設け、前記検出領域及び流出口が設けられた検出外領域には液体を分岐するための分岐部材を設けず、かつ、前記分岐部材は液体が流れる方向と垂直方向にほぼ等間隔に複数設けられていることを特徴とする核酸分析反応セル。 - 請求項1において、
前記各分岐部材は、流路の上面から下面まで配設されていることを特徴とする核酸分析反応セル。 - 請求項1において、
前記各分岐部材は、流路の上面及び下面に接合していることを特徴とする核酸分析反応セル。 - 請求項1において、
基板を貼り合わせて形成されていることを特徴とする核酸分析反応セル。 - 核酸断片の配列情報を検出する検出領域、及び検出領域の両端に配置された検出外領域を備えた流路を有する核酸分析反応セルと、
液体を供給するため液体供給ユニットと、
照射光源と、
検出ユニットを備えた核酸分析装置であって、
前記流路には、測定対象の核酸を固定するための固定層を、前記検出領域および前記検出外領域の双方に有し、
一方の検出外領域には流入口が設けられ、他方の検出外領域には流出口が設けられ、
前記検出領域は、液体が流れる方向と垂直方向の幅が均一な領域であり、
前記検出領域の両端に配置された検出外領域は、端に近づくにつれて幅が狭くなる領域であり、
流入口が設けられた検出外領域のみに液体を分岐するための分岐部材を設け、前記検出領域及び流出口が設けられた検出外領域には液体を分岐するための分岐部材を設けず、かつ、前記分岐部材は液体が流れる方向と垂直方向にほぼ等間隔に複数設けられていることを特徴とする核酸分析装置。
