Claims (18)
- 電気端子ピンを受容するための接点孔を有するベースと、前記ベースから突出し、ベースから離間した位置に内周棚を有する周壁を有する保護ハウジングと、
前記周壁の内周棚の上に配置された端子キャップと、
前記端子キャップに支持され、前記保護ハウジングとの間に端子キャップを捕捉するスリーブと、
を備え、所定の電気部品を前記ハウジングと端子キャップとの間に位置せしめ、保護することを特徴とする電気部品のための保護装置。
- ベースが、そのベースを支持する支持面上の突起を受容する小孔を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の保護装置。
- 前記保護装置がさらに、前記ベースに接合し且つ前記接点孔から突出した電気端子ピンに接合した締め付け手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の保護装置。
- 前記締め付け手段がチナーマンファスナからなることを特徴とする請求項3記載の保護装置。
- 前記保護装置がさらに、前記ベース上に接着剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の保護装置。
- 前記保護装置がさらに、表面に接着剤を有するシートを含むことを特徴とする請求項5記載の保護装置。
- バッテリーと、前記バッテリーに電気接続された電気部品と、前記電気部品を保護するための保護装置とからなり、前記保護装置が、
電気端子ピンを受容するための接点孔を有するベースと、前記ベースから突出し、ベースから離間した位置に内周棚を有する周壁とを有する保護ハウジングと、
前記周壁の内周棚の上に配置された端子キャップと、
前記端子キャップに支持され、前記保護ハウジングとの間に端子キャップを捕捉するスリーブとを備え、
前記ハウジングと前記端子キャップとの間において電気部品を位置せしめ且つ保護することを特徴とする電力供給装置。
- 前記ベースが、バッテリー上の突起を受容する小孔を有するものであることを特徴とする請求項7記載の電力供給装置。
- 前記電力供給装置がさらに、前記バッテリーに接合され、少なくとも部分的に小孔中に存在する金属体を含むことを特徴とする請求項8記載の電力供給装置。
- 前記金属体が前記バッテリーに溶接されたものであることを特徴とする請求項9記載の電力供給装置。
- 前記電力供給装置がさらに、前記ベースと前記バッテリーの端子ピンとを保持するための締め付け手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項7記載の電力供給装置。
- 前記締め付け手段がチナーマンファスナからなることを特徴とする請求項11記載の電力供給装置。
- 前記電力供給装置がさらに、前記ベースと前記バッテリーとの間に接着剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項7記載の電力供給装置。
- 前記電力供給装置がさらに、前記ベースとバッテリーとの間にシートを含むことを特徴とする請求項7記載の電力供給装置。
- 端子ピンを有するバッテリーを準備する工程と、
接点孔を有するベースと、前記ベースから突出し、ベースから離間した位置に内周棚を有する周壁とからなる保護ハウジングを準備する工程と、
前記保護ハウジングを前記バッテリー上に配置して、前記端子ピンを前記接点孔に突入させる工程と、
前記ベース上に電気部品を置く工程と、
前記電気部品を前記端子ピンに電気接続する工程と、
端子キャップを前記周壁の内周棚の上に位置させる工程と、
スリーブと前記周壁との間に端子キャップを捕捉するように、前記スリーブを前記端子キャップ上に位置させる工程と、
前記端子キャップを前記電気部品に電気接続する工程と、を含むことを特徴とするバッテリーに電気部品を組み付ける方法。
- 前記方法がさらに、電気部品に絶縁材料を接触させる工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項15記載の方法。
- 前記方法がさらに、前記バッテリーと前記保護ハウジングとの間に接着剤を配置する工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項15記載の方法。
- 前記方法がさらに、前記バッテリーと前記保護ハウジングとの間に圧縮可能なシートを配置する工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項15記載の方法。
