Description
DE102005052636A1に基づいて公知の燃料系は、燃料タンクから燃料を搬送するフィードポンプを有している。フィードポンプから燃料は、調量ユニットとも呼ばれる調節装置を介して高圧ポンプに達し、この高圧ポンプは燃料を圧縮して、高圧燃料アキュムレータ(いわゆるレール)に供給する。高圧燃料アキュムレータには複数の燃料インジェクタが接続されている。高圧燃料アキュムレータにおける圧力は、とくに、調圧弁(流出制御弁)を用いて調節される。高圧燃料アキュムレータから流出制御された燃料は、一般に、燃料タンクへと戻される。
従来技術における欠点を排除すべく提案された本発明の構成では、内燃機関の高圧燃料アキュムレータにおける圧力を調整するための調圧弁、特にコモンレール噴射系の高圧燃料アキュムレータにおける圧力を調整するための調圧弁であって、調圧弁が高圧燃料アキュムレータと接続可能であり、かつ弁ピストンを有しており、該弁ピストンが、高圧燃料アキュムレータにおける圧力に抗して、ばねのばね力によって閉鎖位置に負荷されており、制御可能な第1の磁石装置が設けられていて、該第1の磁石装置の力が、前記ばね力に抗して弁ピストンに対して作用する形式のものにおいて、第2の磁石装置が設けられていて、該第2の磁石装置の力が、前記ばね力を助成する方向で作用するようにした。
図1には、内燃機関2に燃料を供給するために働く燃料系1が示されている。内燃機関2は、図1では一点鎖線で略示されているだけである。
Claims (10)
- 内燃機関の燃料系であって、高圧燃料アキュムレータが設けられていて、該高圧燃料アキュムレータから燃料が燃料タンクに流出制御もしくは戻し制御可能である形式のものにおいて、
高圧燃料アキュムレータ(7)から燃料タンクへの燃料の流出制御もしくは戻し制御を調整するため及び高圧燃料アキュムレータにおける圧力を調整するために調圧弁が使用されており、
前記調圧弁が高圧燃料アキュムレータと接続可能であり、かつ弁ピストンを有しており、該弁ピストンが、高圧燃料アキュムレータにおける圧力に抗して、ばねのばね力によって閉鎖位置に負荷されており、制御可能な第1の磁石装置が設けられていて、該第1の磁石装置の力が、前記ばね力に抗して弁ピストンに対して作用するものであり、第2の磁石装置(20)が設けられていて、該第2の磁石装置(20)の力が、前記ばね力を助成する方向で作用することを特徴とする、内燃機関の燃料系。 - 前記ばね(18)のばね力は、高圧燃料アキュムレータ(7)における系圧が許容可能な系圧に達した場合に弁ピストン(17)に対して前記ばね力とは逆向きに作用する力よりも小さい、請求項1記載の内燃機関の燃料系。
- 前記ばね(18)のばね力は、高圧燃料アキュムレータ(7)における平均の圧力範囲において弁ピストン(17)に対して前記ばね力とは逆向きに作用する力に相当している、請求項2記載の内燃機関の燃料系。
- 第1の磁石装置(19)によって、少なくとも前記ばね力に相当する力が発生可能である、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の内燃機関の燃料系。
- 第2の磁石装置(20)によって発生可能な力と前記ばね力とを足した力が、高圧燃料アキュムレータ(7)における系圧が許容可能な系圧に達した場合に弁ピストン(17)に対して前記ばね力とは逆向きに作用する力に相当している、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の内燃機関の燃料系。
- 高圧燃料アキュムレータ(7)における圧力を調整するために、前記第1及び第2の磁石装置(19,20)が、制御装置(11)を用いて制御可能もしくは調整可能である、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の内燃機関の燃料系。
- 弁ピストン(17)が、可動子プレート(17a)を備えた可動子ピンとして形成されていて、可動子プレート(17a)が第1の磁石装置(19)と第2の磁石装置(20)との間に配置されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の内燃機関の燃料系。
- 前記第1及び第2の磁石装置(19,20)がマグネットコイルとして形成されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の内燃機関の燃料系。
- 前記ばね(18)が圧縮ばねである、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の内燃機関の燃料系。
- 前記内燃機関の高圧燃料アキュムレータが、コモンレール噴射系の高圧燃料アキュムレータである、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の内燃機関の燃料系。
