Description
前述した他の目的を達成するための本発明に係るシートロールの形状検査装置は、回転可能な支持台、前記支持台に装着されてシートロールの円筒側面を撮影する少なくとも一つのカメラを有する撮影部;第2モーターの作動によりシートロールの円筒側面に沿って前記支持台を垂直方向に移動させる垂直移動部;第1モーターの作動によりシートロールの円筒側面に沿って前記支持台を前後の水平方向に移動させる水平移動部;前記シートロールの側面に対向して前記支持台を回転させるために前記支持台と前記垂直移動部との間に設けられる第3モーターと、前記第1ないし第3モーターに制御信号を送って前記支持台の水平及び垂直位置を制御し、前記支持台を所定角度に回転させる位置制御部;及びカメラから得られた映像パターンを分析して巻取ロールの形状欠陥有無を判断するデータ処理部を含むことを特徴とする。

Claims (3)
- 回転可能な支持台が、前記支持台の回転軸を中心に両側に設けられるガイドレールと、前記ガイドレール上に装着され前記ガイドレールの中心点と端部との間を往復移動できるように設けられた一対の変位センサーと、を備えた、前記回転可能な支持台;前記支持台に装着されてシートロールの円筒側面を撮影する少なくとも一つのカメラを有する撮影部;第2モーターの作動により前記シートロールの円筒側面に沿って前記支持台を垂直方向に移動させる垂直移動部;第1モーターの作動により前記シートロールの円筒側面に対し前記支持台を前後の水平方向に移動させる水平移動部;前記シートロールの側面に対向して前記支持台を回転させるために前記支持台と前記垂直移動部との間に設けられる第3モーターと、前記第1ないし第3モーターに制御信号を送って前記支持台の水平及び垂直位置を制御し、前記支持台を所定角度に回転させる位置制御部;及びカメラから得られた映像パターンを分析して巻取ロールの形状欠陥有無を判断し、前記変位センサーから反射される信号を検出して前記円筒側面の全ての位置での高低を測定するデータ処理部を含むことを特徴とするシートロールの形状検査装置。
- 前記支持台は回転軸を中心に対称の構造を有し、前記支持台の各端部にはカメラが設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシートロールの形状検査装置。
- 前記カメラはラインスキャンカメラであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシートロールの形状検査装置。
