Description
複数の噴孔を有し内燃機関の燃焼室へ燃料を噴射する内燃機関の燃料噴射弁において、
噴孔壁面の表面粗さを噴孔と燃焼室壁面との距離に応じて噴孔毎に設定することを特徴とする。
内燃機関の燃料噴射弁の噴孔にスラリーを流通させることにより噴孔壁面を研磨するときに、内燃機関へ燃料噴射弁を取り付けたと仮定したときの噴孔から燃焼室壁面までの距離が短いほどスラリーの量を少なくする工程を含むことを特徴とする。

Claims (4)
- 複数の噴孔を有し内燃機関のピストンの上面の一部を該ピストンの内部に向かって窪ませた燃焼室へ燃料を噴射する内燃機関の燃料噴射弁において、
噴孔壁面の表面粗さを噴孔と燃焼室壁面との距離に応じて噴孔毎に設定し、 前記噴孔と燃焼室壁面との距離が短いほど、前記噴孔壁面の表面粗さを大きくすることを特徴とする内燃機関の燃料噴射弁。 - 前記噴孔と燃焼室壁面との距離が短いほど、隣り合う噴孔との間隔を大きくすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関の燃料噴射弁。
- 前記燃料噴射弁は、内燃機関の燃焼室の中心軸からずれた位置に備わることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の内燃機関の燃料噴射弁。
- 内燃機関の燃料噴射弁の噴孔にスラリーを流通させることにより噴孔壁面を研磨するときに、内燃機関へ燃料噴射弁を取り付けたと仮定したときの噴孔から燃焼室壁面までの距離が短いほどスラリーの量を少なくする工程を含むことを特徴とする内燃機関の燃料噴射弁の製造方法。
