Description
Claims (15)
- 複合ファイバー補強体積可圧縮性重合体から成る内側及び外側面を有する中空円筒形ベースを備える可圧縮性印刷スリーブ担体であって、
前記ベースの前記内側面に近い第一部分は、前記可圧縮性重合体で覆われた連続巻回補強フィラメントを含んでおり、前記ベースの前記外側面に近い第二部分は、補強フィラメントのない可圧縮性重合体を備えていることを特徴とする可圧縮性印刷スリーブ担体。 - 前記体積可圧縮性重合体は、微小球、発泡剤、又はそれらの混合から選択された空洞生成材料を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可圧縮性印刷スリーブ担体。
- 前記連続巻回フィラメントは、ファイバーグラス、カーボンファイバー、金属ファイバー、及びアラミドファイバーの中から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可圧縮性印刷スリーブ担体。
- 前記連続巻回フィラメントは、コードであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可圧縮性印刷スリーブ担体。
- 前記可圧縮性重合体は、ウレタン、ビニルエステル、ポリエステル、エポキシ、及びナイロンの中から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可圧縮性印刷スリーブ担体。
- 前記連続巻回補強フィラメントは、更に、無空洞重合体で被膜されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可圧縮性印刷スリーブ担体。
- 内側及び外側面を有する中空円筒形ベースを備える可圧縮性印刷スリーブ担体であって、
前記ベースの前記内側面に近い第一部分は、無空洞重合体で被膜された連続巻回補強フィラメントの第一層と、体積可圧縮性重合体で覆われた前記連続巻回補強フィラメントから成る前記第一層上の第二層と、を備えることを特徴とする可圧縮性印刷スリーブ担体。 - 前記ベースの前記第一部分は、無空洞重合体の層と、体積可圧縮性重合体の第二の被膜とで覆われた、連続巻回補強フィラメントの複数の層から成ることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の可圧縮性印刷スリーブ担体。
- 約4.5乃至31.75kg/cmのコンプライアンスを有する請求項1に記載の可圧縮性印刷スリーブ担体。
- 心棒を用意し、
連続補強フィラメントの源を用意し、
前記フィラメントを体積可圧縮性重合体で被膜し、
被膜された前記補強フィラメントを、張力のもとで、前記心棒の周りに巻き付けて、内側及び外側面を有する中空円筒形ベースを備える担体を単一の通過処理で形成するという可圧縮性印刷スリーブ担体の製造方法であって、
前記ベースの前記内側面に近い第一部分は、前記可圧縮性重合体で被膜された連続巻回補強フィラメントを含み、前記ベースの前記外側面に近い第二部分は、補強フィラメントのない可圧縮性重合体を含むように、前記可圧縮性重合体は、前記フィラメントの上を流れることを特徴とする可圧縮性印刷スリーブ担体の製造方法。 - 前記印刷スリーブ担体を硬化させることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
- 硬化は、前記可圧縮性重合体を硬化するように、前記印刷スリーブ担体を、UV放射、化学薬品、又は熱を備える硬化源に晒すことにより始まることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記補強フィラメントを前記可圧縮性重合体で覆う前に、前記補強フィラメントを無空洞重合体で被膜して湿らせることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
- 心棒を用意し、
連続補強フィラメントの源を用意し、
前記連続フィラメントを無空洞重合体で被膜し、
前記連続フィラメントを体積可圧縮性重合体で被膜し、被膜された前記補強フィラメントを、張力のもとで、前記心棒に巻き付けることにより、無空洞重合体で被膜された連続巻回補強フィラメントの第一層と、体積可圧縮性重合体で被膜された連続巻回補強フィラメントから成る、前記第一層の上の第二層とを形成することを特徴とする可圧縮性印刷スリーブ担体の製造方法。 - 前記連続フィラメントを前記体積可圧縮性重合体で被膜する前に、前記無空洞重合体の被膜を部分的に硬化させることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
