Claims (9)
- 光を発生する発光チップおよび前記発光チップ上部に形成されて前記光の色を変換する波長変換層を含む光源ユニットと、
前記光源ユニットから発生する光の波長を特定波長に変換する波長変換パターンを含む複数の波長変換部材と、
を含み、
前記波長変換層と前記波長変換パターンとのオーバーラップ領域を調節し、
前記波長変換パターンは、
複数の横ライン及び前記複数の横ラインと交差する複数の縦ラインを含む格子からなることにより前記光の色を調節することを特徴とする光源アセンブリ。 - 前記光源ユニットは前記発光チップが固定されて上部に開口部が形成された収納フォームをさらに含み、前記波長変換層は前記開口部の少なくとも一部に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光源アセンブリ。
- 前記波長変換層は、一つ以上の領域に分割されて各領域別に互いに異なる色の光を放出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光源アセンブリ。
- 前記波長変換層は、前記光の波長を特定の波長に変換する波長変換粒子を含み、前記特定の波長は前記波長変換粒子のサイズに応じて決定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光源アセンブリ。
- 前記波長変換パターンは、前記光の波長を特定の波長に変換する波長変換粒子を含み、前記特定の波長は前記波長変換粒子のサイズに応じて決定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光源アセンブリ。
- 映像を表示する液晶パネルと、
光を発生する発光チップ、および前記光の波長を特定の波長に変換する波長変換パターンを含む複数の波長変換部材を含み、
前記複数の波長変換部材は互いに重なるように配置され、前記波長変換パターン間のオーバーラップ領域を調節することにより前記光の色を調節して前記液晶パネルに光を提供する光源アセンブリと、
を含み、
前記波長変換パターンは、
複数の横ライン及び前記複数の横ラインと交差する複数の縦ラインを含む格子からなることを特徴とする液晶表示装置。 - 前記波長変換部材のうち少なくとも一つをお互いに対して平行に移動する移動部をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記波長変換パターンは、光の波長を特定の波長に変換する波長変換粒子を含み、
前記特定の波長は前記波長変換粒子のサイズに応じて決定されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の光源アセンブリ。 - 前記波長変換粒子は直径が1〜10nmであることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の光源アセンブリ。
