Claims (2)
- 固体高分子膜を挟んで陰極と陽極とを配設し、該陰極の表面に陰極室を配設してなる電解セルと、
原料水を保持し、側面の一部に前記電解セルを設けた貯留槽であって、前記電解セルの陽極を当該貯留槽の内面に直接露出させ、前記電解セルにて前記原料水を電気分解することによって生成されたオゾン水を貯留する貯留槽と、
該貯留槽内の電解セルの近傍に配設され、超音波を発生して上記貯留槽内のオゾン水を加振することによって、壁面や陽極の表面に付着する気泡を微細化して溶解すると共に当該オゾン水をミスト化する超音波発生手段と、
を備え、
上記陽極として、自立体型の導電性ダイヤモンドが使用され、
上記原料水として純水が用いられることを特徴とするオゾンミスト発生装置。 - 上記陰極室に酸性水が挿入されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のオゾンミスト発生装置。
