Claims (10)
- 弾性体からなり、内部に収容空間が形成された一定の長さを有して胴体の外部面に変形部を含む弾性チューブと、
薄板セラミックシートの両端面に所定の電極が塗布された圧電素子を多層に前記弾性チューブの長さ方向に積層して構成された中空型の積層圧電体を含み、外部電圧の印加の際に前記弾性チューブの長さ方向に前記弾性チューブを伸縮するよう前記弾性チューブの胴体の外部面に嵌められて設けられ、電圧を印加すると前記弾性チューブの長さ方向に力と変位を発生させる中空型のアクチュエータと、を含み、
外部電圧の印加の際に中空型のアクチュエータが前記弾性チューブの長さ方向に伸長或いは収縮することにより、前記弾性チューブの内部空間の体積を縮小或いは拡張させることを特徴とする中空型のアクチュエータ駆動方式の液滴ディスペンシング装置。 - 前記変形部は折り目状に備えられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の中空型のアクチュエータ駆動方式の液滴ディスペンシング装置。
- 前記弾性チューブは、前記胴体の外部面に形成された雄ネジ部にネジ結合されて前記中空型のアクチュエータの一端部に接する雌ネジ部材を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の中空型のアクチュエータ駆動方式の液滴ディスペンシング装置。
- 前記弾性チューブは保護ケースをさらに含み、
前記保護ケースは、前記弾性チューブの入り口が挿入されて固定される上部開口部と、前記弾性チューブの出口と一定の間隔を置いて離隔される下部開口部と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の中空型のアクチュエータ駆動方式の液滴ディスペンシング装置。 - 前記変形部は、内径が一定の長さ均一な中央領域と入り口との間を連結する境領域と、前記中央領域と出口との間を連結する他の境領域とを前記入り口と出口に行くほど内径が小さくなる断面状に備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の中空型のアクチュエータ駆動方式の液滴ディスペンシング装置。
- 前記弾性チューブは、入り口と出口の各外部面に形成された雄ネジ部とそれぞれネジ結合されて前記中空型のアクチュエータの上端と下端にそれぞれ接する上部フレンジと下部フレンジを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の中空型のアクチュエータ駆動方式の液滴ディスペンシング装置。
- 前記変形部は、前記弾性チューブの入り口と出口の外径より相対的に小さい外径サイズに備えられ、胴体の外部面が外側に膨らんで曲がる断面状に備えられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の中空型のアクチュエータ駆動方式の液滴ディスペンシング装置。
- 前記弾性チューブは、入り口の外部面に形成された雄ネジ部にネジ結合されて前記中空型のアクチュエータの一端部と接する上部フレンジと、前記弾性チューブの出口から外側に延長されて前記中空型のアクチュエータの他端部が接する下部フレンジと、を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の中空型のアクチュエータ駆動方式の液滴ディスペンシング装置。
- 前記弾性チューブは、出口には排出ノズルを備えることを特徴とする請求項5ないし8のいずれか1項に記載の中空型のアクチュエータ駆動方式の液滴ディスペンシング装置。
- 前記弾性チューブは、入り口に逆流防止手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし8のいずれか1項に記載の中空型のアクチュエータ駆動方式の液滴ディスペンシング装置。
