Description
以下の工程でカラーコートされた汚損耐性導電布を調製した。
縦ヤーン:50デニール/36フィラメント、
横ヤーン:50デニール/72フィラメント、
縦ヤーン密度152ヤーン/インチ、
及び横ヤーン密度124ヤーン/インチ
によりポリエステル繊維を織布し、約0.1mmの厚を有する平坦な布を形成した。
スコアリング及び洗浄、熱処理、表面の粗面化及び表面の調整工程の後、布を銅及びニッケルで無電解メッキし、金属コーティングを行った。
1.活性化:上記の布を30℃で3分間、塩化パラジウム100mg/L、塩化第一スズ10g/L及び塩化水素100ml/Lを含む溶液に浸漬し、十分に洗浄した。
2.促進化:上記の布を45℃で3分間、塩化水素100ml/Lを含む溶液に浸漬し、十分に洗浄した。
3.銅による無電解メッキ:上記の布を40℃で20分間、硫酸銅10g/L、ホルムアルデヒド7.5ml/L、水酸化ナトリウム8g/L、エチレンジアミン四酢酸 四ナトリウム塩(EDTA−4Na)30g/L及び安定化剤0.25ml/Lを含む溶液に浸漬し、それにより一様に布上に25g/m2で銅のメッキが形成され、更に布を十分に洗浄した。
4.ニッケルによる無電解メッキ:上記の布を40℃で5分間、硫酸ニッケル22.5g/L、次亜リン酸ナトリウム18g/L、クエン酸ナトリウム0.1M/L及びアンモニア20ml/Lを含む溶液に浸漬し、それにより一様に布上に5g/m2でニッケルのメッキが形成され、更に布を十分に洗浄した。最後に布を乾燥させ、銀灰色の導電布を得た。
100gの2成分ポリウレタン樹脂、9gのイソシアネート、50gのメチルエチルケトン、5gのカーボンブラック及び5gの黒色色素(該黒色色素は32%のカーボンブラック、3%の分散剤、20%のアクリル樹脂及び45%の担体を含む)を混合し、約5000cpsの粘性を有する底部コーティングとして調製し、100gの1成分ポリウレタン樹脂、3gのイソシアネート、50gのメチルエチルケトン、10gのカーボンブラック及び10gの黒色色素(該黒色色素は32%のカーボンブラック、3%の分散剤、20%のアクリル樹脂及び45%の担体を含む)を混合し、約4000cpsの粘性を有する表面コーティングとして調製した。
調製した樹脂コーティング組成物を、懸濁機を通して導電布の金属層上にコーティングした。上記機械では2mmの厚さを有するJ字形のこてを使用し、導電布に対してこてを押圧する際の接触領域は2mmとした。最初に、約5g/m2の底部コーティングで導電布をコーティングして布の凹領域を被覆したが、布の縦ヤーンと横ヤーンの交差を越えない態様とした。次に、布を約120℃で約1分間焼成した。それにより、約5g/m2の表面コーティングが布の凹領域にコーティングされたが、布の縦ヤーンと横ヤーンの交差を越えなかった。更に、布を約120℃で約1分間焼成し、カラーコートされた汚損耐性導電布を形成した。
実施例1の織布及び無電解メッキ処理を同様に行い、0.03Ω/□の表面抵抗を有する銀灰色の導電布を作製した。更に、導電性カーボンブラックを含む樹脂コーティング組成物を導電布の金属層上にコーティングした。100gの2成分ポリウレタン樹脂、50gのメチルエチルケトン、9gのイソシアネート、5gの導電性カーボンブラックを含み、約5000cpsの粘性を有する底部コーティングを導電布上に形成させ、100gの1成分ポリウレタン樹脂、50gのメチルエチルケトン、3gのイソシアネート、10gの導電性カーボンブラックを含み、約4000cpsの粘性を有する表面コーティングを導電布上に形成させ、底部コーティング層と表面コーティング層の乾燥時の合計の厚が約0.08mmの、カーボンコーティングされた暗灰色の汚損耐性導電布を得た。
Claims (10)
- カラーコートされた汚損耐性導電布の製造方法であって、天然繊維又は合成繊維で織布した、金属層を含む導電布を調製する工程と、上記導電布の金属層の上にブレードコーティングを少なくとも1つの着色樹脂コーティング層の表面が導電布の縦ヤーン及び横ヤーンの交差を越えない態様で行う工程とを含んでなり、前記着色樹脂コーティング層が1%〜20%の色素、10%〜70%の樹脂、1%〜10%の架橋剤及び28%〜60%の溶媒を含んでなる製造方法。
- 前記天然繊維が綿、アサ、絹又はウールを含んでなり、前記合成繊維がレーヨン繊維、ナイロン繊維、ポリエステル系繊維又はアクリル繊維を含んでなり、前記金属層が無電解メッキにより銅、ニッケル、銀、金又はそれらの合金によって形成された、請求項1記載の製造方法。
- 前記色素が黒、赤、青、緑及び金色の色素、又は他の色の着色化合物を含んでなり、前記樹脂がポリウレタン樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂、アクリル樹脂、ラテックス樹脂及びシリコーン樹脂からなる群から選択される溶媒ベース若しくは水溶性の樹脂を含んでなる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記着色樹脂コーティング層が更に、イソシアネート及びメラミンからなる群から選択される架橋剤、並びに、トルエン、メチルエチルケトン及びジメチルホルムアミドからなる群から選択される溶媒を含んでなる、請求項1記載の製造方法。
- 前記着色樹脂コーティング層でコーティングする前の前記導電布の表面抵抗が0.007Ω/□〜0.1Ω/□であり、着色樹脂コーティング層でコーティングした後の表面抵抗が0.007Ω/□〜0.1Ω/□である、請求項1記載の製造方法。
- カラーコートされた汚損耐性導電布であって、天然繊維又は合成繊維で織布され、金属層を含む導電布、及びブレードコーティングによって導電布の金属層上にコーティングされた少なくとも1つの着色樹脂コーティング層を含んでなり、当該着色樹脂コーティング層の表面が導電布の縦ヤーンと横ヤーンの交差を越えず、前記着色樹脂コーティング層が1%〜20%の色素、10%〜70%の樹脂、1%〜10%の架橋剤及び28%〜60%の溶媒を含んでなる汚損耐性導電布。
- 前記天然繊維が綿、アサ、絹又はウールを含んでなり、前記合成繊維がレーヨン繊維、ナイロン繊維、ポリエステル系繊維又はアクリル繊維を含んでなり、前記金属層が無電解メッキにより銅、ニッケル、銀、金又はそれらの合金によって形成される、請求項6記載の汚損耐性導電布。
- 前記色素が黒、赤、青、緑及び金色の色素、又は他の色の着色化合物を含んでなり、前記樹脂がポリウレタン樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂、アクリル樹脂、ラテックス樹脂及びシリコーン樹脂からなる群から選択される溶媒ベース若しくは水性の樹脂を含んでなる、請求項6記載の汚損耐性導電布。
- 前記着色樹脂コーティング層が更に、イソシアネート及びメラミンからなる群から選択される架橋剤、並びに、トルエン、メチルエチルケトン及びジメチルホルムアミドからなる群から選択される溶媒を含んでなる、請求項6記載の汚損耐性導電布。
- 前記着色樹脂コーティング層でコーティングする前の前記導電布の表面抵抗が0.007Ω/□〜0.1Ω/□であり、着色樹脂コーティング層でコーティングした後の表面抵抗が0.007Ω/□〜0.1Ω/□である、請求項6記載の汚損耐性導電布。
