Description

Claims (14)
- 第1の材料から形成される支持構造物(22)であって、該第1の材料は、哺乳類の体内で吸収可能な金属である、支持構造物と、
重合体吸収阻害物層(24)であって、該吸収阻害物(24)は、該第1の材料とは異なる第2の材料から形成され、該第2の材料は、該哺乳類の体内で非吸収性であり、該重合体吸収阻害物層(24)は、該支持構造物(22)の一部分の吸収率を低下させ、該支持構造物(22)は、内面(28)および外面(30)を有し、かつ、内腔(26)を画定し、該重合体吸収阻害物層(24)が、該外面(30)から半径方向内向きまたは該内面(28)から半径方向外向きのいずれかに配置されることを特徴とし、該支持構造(22)の該部分上の該重合体吸収阻害物層(24)の可変の厚さが存在し、該重合体吸収阻害物層(24)は、該支持構造物(22)の該外面(30)を実質的に覆う、重合体吸収阻害物層(24)と
を備える、医療装置(20)。 - 前記支持構造物は略管状形である、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記支持構造物は、哺乳類の自然な体腔に挿入できるように構成される、請求項2に記載の医療装置。
- 前記支持構造物は内腔を画定し、内面および外面を含み、前記重合体吸収阻害物層(24)は、該支持構造物の該内面から半径方向外向きまたは該外面から半径方向内向きのうち少なくとも一方に少なくとも部分的に配置される、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記医療装置によって担持される治療薬であって、該医療装置が哺乳類の体内に配置されるとその中に放出されるよう調合され、前記支持構造物または前記重合体吸収阻害物層(24)のうちの少なくとも一方から半径方向内向きまたは半径方向外向きのうちのいずれかに配置される、治療薬をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記医療装置は、
該医療装置が哺乳類の体内に配置されるとその中に放出されるよう調合された治療薬と、
該第一の材料または該第二の材料のうちの少なくとも一方から半径方向内向きまたは半径方向外向きのうちのいずれかに配置される第三の材料であって、前記治療薬が該第三の材料内に含まれる、第三の材料と
をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の医療装置。 - 前記第三の材料は重合体である、請求項6に記載の医療装置。
- 前記第三の材料は哺乳類の体内で吸収されるよう構成される、請求項6に記載の医療装置。
- 前記第三の材料は治療薬に対し透過性である、請求項6に記載の医療装置。
- 前記重合体は治療薬に対し透過性である、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記装置はステントである、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記金属はマグネシウムを含む、請求項11に記載の医療装置。
- 少なくとも部分的に覆っている関係にある前記層の上に配置される第三の材料であって、哺乳類の体内で吸収可能である該第三の材料をさらに備える、請求項11に記載の医療装置。
- 前記第三の材料または前記第二の材料のうちの少なくとも一方によって担持される治療薬をさらに備え、該治療薬は、前記医療装置がその中に配置されると哺乳類の体内に放出されるように構成される、請求項13に記載の医療装置。
