Description
-2、BMP-3、BMP-4、BMP-5、BMP-6、BMP-7である。これらの二量体タンパク質は、ホモダイマー、ヘテロダイマーまたはそれらの組み合わせとして、単独であるいは他の分子とともに提供することができる。細胞は、ヒト起源(自家または異系)または動物源由来(異種)であることができ、望むならば遺伝子操作して、目的タンパク質を移植部位に送達させることができる。送達用媒体を必要に応じて調剤して、細胞の機能および生存能力を維持することができる。細胞には、全骨髄、骨髄由来単核細胞、前駆細胞(例:内皮前駆細胞)、幹細胞(例:間葉細胞、造血細胞、神経細胞)、多分化能性幹細胞、線維芽細胞、大食細胞および随伴細胞などがある。
・エノキサプリン、アンギオペプチン(または平滑筋細胞増殖を遮断することができるモノクローナル抗体)、ヒルジンならびにアセチルサリチル酸、アムロジピンおよびドキサゾシンなどの抗増殖剤;
・糖質コルチコイド、ベタメタゾン、デキサメタゾン、プレドニゾロン、コルチコステロン、ブデソニド、エストロゲン、スルファサラジンおよびメサラミンなどの抗炎症剤;
・パクリタキセル、5−フルオロウラシル、シスプラチン、ビンブラスチン、ビンクリスチン、エポチロン類、メトトレキセート、アザチオプリン、アドリアマイシンおよびムタマイシン;ならびにエンドスタチン、アンギオスタチンおよびチミジンキナーゼ阻害薬、タキソールおよびそれの類似体もしくは誘導体などの抗腫瘍薬/抗増殖薬/抗有糸分裂薬[anti-miotic];
・リドカイン、ブピバカインおよびロピバカインなどの麻酔剤;
・D-Phe-Pro-Argクロロメチルケトン、RGDペプチド含有化合物、ヘパリン、抗トロンビン化合物、血小板受容体拮抗薬、抗トロンビン抗体、抗血小板受容体抗体、アスピリン(アスピリンは、鎮痛剤、解熱剤および抗炎症剤としても分類される)、ジピリダモール、プロタミン、ヒルジン、プロスタグランジン阻害薬、血小板阻害薬およびダニ抗血小板ペプチドなどの抗凝血剤;
・増殖因子、血管内皮増殖因子(FEGF、VEGF-2などの全種類)、増殖因子受容体、転写活性化剤および翻訳促進剤などの血管細胞増殖促進剤;
・抗増殖剤、増殖因子阻害剤、増殖因子受容体拮抗薬、転写抑制剤、翻訳抑制剤、複製阻害薬、阻害性抗体、増殖因子に対する抗体、増殖因子および細胞毒からなる二機能性分子、抗体および細胞毒からなる二機能性分子などの血管細胞増殖阻害薬;
・コレステロール低下剤;血管拡張剤;および内因性血管作用機序を妨害する薬剤;
・プロブコールなどの抗酸化剤;
・ペニシリン、セフォキシチン、オキサシリン、トブラマイシンなどの抗生物質;
・酸性および塩基性線維芽細胞増殖因子、エストロゲン(例:エストラジオール(E2)、エストリオール(E3)および17−βエストラジオール)などの血管形成性物質;ならびに
・ジゴキシン、β−遮断薬、カプトプリルおよびエナロプリルのようなアンギオテンシン変換酵素(ACE)阻害薬などの心不全薬。
Claims (54)
- 患者の身体管腔に挿入し、身体管腔に生物作用物質を送達するための埋込可能ステントプロテーゼにおいて、該ステントが側壁および、前記生物作用物質を収容する少なくとも1個のチャンネルを有し、該側壁が少なくとも一部において外側表面を有する複数のストラットを有し、前記チャンネルがチャンネル空間を画定するチャンネル壁を有し、前記チャンネルが前記側壁に取り付けられていることを特徴とするステント。
- 前記ステント側壁が、ステント長軸方向に延びる内側管腔表面ならびに対向の外側表面を有し;前記ステントがさらに、前記ステント側壁の少なくとも内側管腔表面もしくは外側表面上に配置された、カバー用材料から作製されたステントカバーを有している請求項1に記載のステント。
- 前記チャンネルが前記カバー内に配置されている請求項2に記載のステント。
- 前記チャンネルが完全に前記カバー内に配置されている請求項3に記載のステント。
- 前記ステント側壁が少なくとも一部において複数のストラットを有し、前記チャンネル壁が一部においてストラットの外側表面の一部を含んでいる請求項3に記載のステント。

- 前記チャンネルが完全に前記カバー用材料内に配置されている請求項28に記載の方法。
- 前記チャンネルの前記開口端の一つを、加熱処理、化学的処理または接着剤による処理からなる群から選択される処理に曝すことで、シールする段階をさらに有する請求項28に記載の方法。
- (e)前記チャンネルから前記チューブまたはマンドレルを取り出す段階;ならびに
(f)前記チャンネル内に生物作用物質を導入する段階;
をさらに有する請求項28に記載の方法。 - 前記チャンネルの少なくとも一方の開口端を、加熱処理、化学的処理または接着剤による処理からなる群から選択される処理に曝すことで該末端をシールする段階をさらに有する請求項32に記載の方法。
- 前記チューブが中空であり且つ前記カバー用材料と接触して該チューブの一端が前記チャンネルの開口端の一方から突出するような形で配置されており、前記中空チューブの前記突出末端内に前記生物作用物質を注入することで前記チャンネル内に前記生物作用物質が導入される請求項32に記載の方法。
- 前記生物作用物質が該生物作用物質の拡散によって前記チャンネル内に導入される請求項32に記載の方法。
- 前記生物作用物質の前記チャンネル内への導入を、前記生物作用物質の移行によって行う請求項29に記載の方法。
- 前記チューブまたはマンドレルを前記カバー用材料と接触して配置する前に、前記チューブまたはマンドレルをチャンネル用材料で被覆する段階をさらに有する請求項28に記載の方法。
- 前記カバー用材料が、シリコン樹脂、ポリウレタン樹脂、熱可塑性エラストマー、エチレン−酢酸ビニルコポリマー、ポリオレフィンエラストマー、EPDMゴム、ポリテトラフルオロエチレンおよび発泡ポリテトラフルオロエチレンからなる群から選択される請求項28に記載の方法。
- 前記マンドレルが生物作用物質からなる請求項28に記載の方法。
- 複数のストラットを有してなる側壁、および生物作用物質を収容するためのチャンネル空間を画定するチャンネル壁を有する少なくとも1個のチャンネル(15)、を有する埋込可能ステント(10)プロテーゼの製造方法において、
(a)チューブまたはマンドレル(47)をチャンネル用材料で被覆する段階;
(b)前記被覆チューブまたはマンドレル(47)を、加熱処理、化学的処理または接着剤による処理からなる群から選択される処理に曝すことで、2つの開口端を有するチャンネル(15)を形成する段階;ならびに
(c)前記チャンネル(15)をステントの側壁に取り付ける段階;
を有することを特徴とする上記方法。 - 前記チャンネルの前記側壁への取り付けを、前記チャンネルをストラットに取り付けることで行う請求項40に記載の方法。
- 前記チャンネルの前記ストラットへの取り付けを、前記チャンネルを前記ストラットに融着させることで行う請求項41に記載の方法。
- 前記チャンネルの前記側壁への取り付けを、前記チャンネルをストラットとともに編み込むことで行う請求項41に記載の方法。
- 前記チャンネルおよびストラットをカバー用材料で被覆する段階をさらに有する請求項41に記載の方法。
- 前記チューブまたはマンドレルを取り出し、前記生物作用物質を前記チャンネル内に導入する段階をさらに有する請求項40に記載の方法。
- 前記チューブまたはマンドレルの取り出しを、前記チャンネルを前記側壁に取り付ける前に行う請求項45に記載の方法。
- 前記生物作用物質の前記チャンネル内への導入を、前記チャンネルを前記側壁に取り付ける前に行う請求項45に記載の方法。
- 前記生物作用物質の前記チャンネル内への導入を、前記生物作用物質を前記チャンネル内に注入する手法、前記生物作用物質を前記チャンネル内に拡散させる手法、ならびに前記生物作用物質を前記チャンネル内に移行させる手法からなる群から選択される手法を用いて行う請求項45に記載の方法。
- 前記チャンネル用材料が、ポリ(L−乳酸)、ポリ(乳酸−コ−グリコール酸)、ポリエーテル、ポリウレタンおよびシリコン樹脂からなる群から選択される請求項40に記載の方法。
- (1)ストラット用材料から形成された複数のストラット、および(2)生物作用物質を収容するためのチャンネル空間を画定するチャンネル壁を有する少なくとも1個のチャンネル、を有してなる側壁を有する埋込可能ステントプロテーゼの製造方法において、
(a)チューブまたはマンドレルをチャンネル用材料で被覆する段階;
(b)前記被覆チューブまたはマンドレルを、加熱処理、化学的処理または接着剤による処理からなる群から選択される処理に曝すことで前記チャンネルを形成する段階;
(c)前記チャンネルをストラット用材料に取り付けてステントワイヤーを形成する段階;ならびに
(d)前記ステントワイヤーを編み込んで前記ステントの前記側壁を形成する段階;
を有することを特徴とする上記方法。 - 前記ステントワイヤーをカバー用材料で被覆する請求項50に記載の方法。
- 前記カバー用材料が、シリコン樹脂、ポリウレタン樹脂、熱可塑性エラストマー、エチレン−酢酸ビニルコポリマー、ポリオレフィンエラストマー、EPDMゴム、ポリテトラフルオロエチレンおよび発泡ポリテトラフルオロエチレンからなる群から選択される請求項51に記載の方法。
- 前記ステントワイヤーの前記カバー用材料による被覆を、前記ステントワイヤーの編み込みより前に行う請求項51に記載の方法。
- さらに、
(e)身体管腔内にステントを挿入する前に、チャンネル内に生物作用物質を入れる段階;
を有することを特徴とする請求項50に記載の方法。
