Description
Claims (22)
- 3次元プリンタ内の複数のプリントヘッドを整備するための保守点検ステーションであって、
前記プリントヘッドのプリントヘッド面に向けてクリーニング流体を噴霧するための少なくとも1つのノズル、及び余分なクリーニング流体を前記プリントヘッド面から取り除くための、前記プリントヘッド面にごく接近して配置可能なワイパとを含んでいるクリーニングステーションと、
放出ステーションと、
キャッピングステーションと、
を備え、
前記クリーニングステーションは、前記プリントヘッド面を隔離するための、および、前記クリーニング流体が前記プリントヘッド面を越えて移動することを防止するためのスプラッシュガードをさらに備え、
前記スプラッシュガードは開放位置と密封位置とを備え、前記スプラッシュガードは開放状態に偏倚されており、および、前記開放位置から、プリントヘッドとの接触による前記密封位置に移動させられる、
ことを特徴とする保守点検ステーション。 - 前記クリーニングステーションは、プリントヘッドを受け入れるための少なくとも1つの容器を備える請求項1に記載の保守点検ステーション。
- 前記スプラッシュガードは、前記密封位置にある時に前記プリントヘッド面を取り囲む密封リップを含む請求項1に記載の保守点検ステーション。
- 前記密封リップは概ね長方形の形状である請求項3に記載の保守点検ステーション。
- 前記ワイパは前記密封リップの1つの側部によって形成されている請求項4に記載の保守点検ステーション。
- 前記ワイパは、ジェットノズル配列に前記ワイパが接触することを防止するための、前記プリントヘッド面上の前記ジェットノズル配列の位置に一致するように構成されかつ配置されているノッチ付き部分を含む請求項5に記載の保守点検ステーション。
- 前記ワイパはプリントヘッドに対して相対的に移動することが可能である請求項1に記載の保守点検ステーション。
- 圧力をかけて前記クリーニング流体を前記少なくとも1つのノズルに供給するための流体供給源をさらに備える請求項1に記載の保守点検ステーション。
- 前記クリーニング流体はマニホルドを経由して前記少なくとも1つのノズルに供給される請求項1に記載の保守点検ステーション。
- 前記少なくとも1つのノズルはノズルの配列を備える請求項1に記載の保守点検ステーション。
- 前記少なくとも1つのノズルは、前記プリントヘッド面の全体にわたって前記クリーニング流体を噴霧するように位置決め可能である請求項1に記載の保守点検ステーション。
- 前記プリントヘッドは、前記保守点検ステーションに対して相対的に少なくとも2つの方向に移動することが可能な往復台の中に配置可能である請求項1に記載の保守点検ステーション。
- 前記放出ステーションは、プリントヘッドのプリントヘッド面に概ね一致する開口を画定する容器を備える請求項1に記載の保守点検ステーション。
- 前記容器は複数の対応する開口を画定する請求項13に記載の保守点検ステーション。
- 前記容器は、放出された流体を捕獲することと方向付けることとの少なくとも一方のためのトレイを備える請求項13に記載の保守点検ステーション。
- 前記プリントヘッドからの放出物は廃液のスタンディングプールの中に送られる請求項15に記載の保守点検ステーション。
- 前記キャッピングステーションは、
プリントヘッドキャップキャリヤと、
プリントヘッドのプリントヘッド面を密封するための、前記キャリヤ上に配置されている少なくとも1つのプリントヘッドキャップであって、前記キャリヤに接触する前記プリントヘッドによって外れ位置とキャップ被せ位置との間を移動させられる少なくとも1つのプリントヘッドキャップ
とを備える請求項1に記載の保守点検ステーション。 - 前記キャッピングステーションは、前記キャリヤ上に配置されている複数のキャップを備える請求項17に記載の保守点検ステーション。
- 前記キャリヤは、少なくとも1つのキャップを外れ位置に維持するように偏倚されている請求項17に記載の保守点検ステーション。
- 前記放出ステーションと前記キャッピングステーションは組み合わされている請求項1に記載の保守点検ステーション。
- 前記プリントヘッドからの放出物は廃液のスタンディングプールの中に送られる請求項20に記載の保守点検ステーション。
- 前記プリントヘッドからの放出物は、プリントヘッド面と、プリントヘッドキャップと、廃液のスタンディングプールとによって画定されている空洞の中に閉じ込められる請求項21に記載の保守点検ステーション。
