Claims (2)
- ステンレス鋼やその他の鉄系金属基材の表面へ塗装下地層として、防錆用のレイデント処理により析出されたクロム微粒子群の集積から成る厚みが1μm〜2μmの多孔質な黒色化成被膜を形成すると共に、
樹脂塗料の固形分100重量%に対して、平均粒径2.5μm以下である白色粉末の銀系無機抗菌剤が0.5〜3.0重量%だけ添加された上塗り膜を、上記黒色化成被膜の表面に積層一体化したことを特徴とする抗菌・防カビ性塗装金属製品。 - 上塗り膜とその塗装下地層をなす黒色化成被膜との相互間へ、白色の下塗り膜を介在させることによって、上記黒色化成被膜の表面全体を一旦隠蔽したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の抗菌・防カビ性塗装金属製品。
