Description
(1)消臭能力の測定
[試験方法]
・実施例1〜15、参考例1、2
色素25mgを少量の水に溶かして水溶液にし、この水溶液をグラスフィルター(面積6cm×6cm)に染み込ませて乾燥させ、試料を作製した。そして、この試料を悪臭ガス(空気+アンモニアガス約55ppm)が封入されたテドラーバッグ内に挿入し、挿入直後および1時間経過後のテドラーバッグ内のガスを採取してアンモニア濃度を測定した。
・実施例16〜19
上述した実施例9、11、13、14の水溶液にクエン酸10mgを加えて溶解させた以外は、該実施例と同様な操作を行い、アンモニア濃度を測定した。
・比較例1
色素を配合しない以外は、上述した実施例1〜15と同様な操作を行い、アンモニア濃度を測定した。
[評価方法]
アンモニア濃度は、アンモニア濃度検知管(株式会社ガステック製、型名:3La)を用いて測定し、式1により消臭率を算出した。
消臭率(%)=(C0−C1)/C0×100 ・・・式1
C0:初期濃度(上記挿入直後の濃度)
C1:1時間経過後の濃度
[試験方法および評価方法]
試料の色彩変化は、色素50mgを水10mlに溶解し、その溶液の透過光の色彩を分光色彩計(株式会社島津製作所製、型名:CLR−7100F)を用いてL*a*b*表色系のスケールにて測定し、試験前の値とした。そして、その溶液に28質量%アンモニア水を20μl滴下した後、同様に色彩を測定し、試験後の値とした。なお、色差△Eは、試験前後の値を用いて式2により算出した。なお、色差△Eは、値が大きいほど色彩の変化が大きく、概ね12以上であれば色彩の変化を確実に視認することができる。

(1)消臭能力の測定
[試験方法]
・実施例20〜38、参考例3、4
色素25mgを試料とし、この試料と、pH5.5の硫化水素水溶液を50倍に希釈した溶液1mlと、中性リン酸緩衝液(pH6.86、和光純薬製)1mlとを試験管(容量24ml)内で混ぜて蓋をした。そして、30分後に該試験管のヘッドスペースガスを300μl採り、このヘッドスペースガス中における硫化水素ガスの濃度を測定した。
・比較例2
色素を配合しない以外は、実施例20〜38と同様な操作を行い、硫化水素ガスの濃度を測定した。
[評価方法]
硫化水素ガスの濃度は、ガスクロマトグラフィー(株式会社島津製作所製、型名:GC−14A)を用いて測定し、式3により消臭率を算出した。
消臭率(%)=(C0−C1)/C0×100 ・・・式3
C0:ブランク濃度(色素を含まないときの30分経過後の濃度)
C1:30分経過後の濃度
[試験方法および評価方法]
試料の色彩変化は、色素50mgを水7mlに溶解し、その溶液の透過光の色彩を分光色彩計(株式会社島津製作所製、型名:CLR−7100F)を用いてL*a*b*表色系のスケールにて測定し、試験前の値とした。その溶液に硫化水素水溶液3ml(pH4.0)を滴下し、1日経過した後、同様に色彩を測定し、試験後の値とした。なお、色差△Eは、試験前後の値を用いて前述の式2により算出した。
Claims (3)
- アントシアニジン系色素、カルコン系色素、アントラキノン系色素、カロテノイド系色素、ポルフィリン系色素、ウコン色素、タマリンド色素、ビートレッド色素、クチナシ青色素およびベニコウジ赤色素の中から選ばれた少なくとも1種の色素を有効成分として含有することを特徴とするインジケータ機能を有する消臭剤。
- アントシアニジン系色素は、ブドウ果皮色素、赤ダイコン色素、赤キャベツ色素、エルダーベリー色素、紫イモ色素、紫トウモロコシ色素およびシソ色素の中から選ばれた少なくとも1種の色素であり、
カルコン系色素は、ベニバナ黄色素であり、
アントラキノン系色素は、コチニール色素およびラック色素の中から選ばれた少なくとも1種の色素であり、
カロテノイド系色素は、アナトー色素およびクチナシ黄色素の中から選ばれた少なくとも1種の色素であり、
ポルフィリン系色素は、スピルリナ色素およびクロロフィルの中から選ばれた少なくとも1種の色素であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のインジケータ機能を有する消臭剤。 - さらに、無臭または微香性の酸を含有することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のインジケータ機能を有する消臭剤。
