Claims (3)
- モールド成形体の少なくとも一面に外部電極の少なくとも一部が露出するように、該外部電極と磁性体モールド材料とを一体成型してなる該モールド成形体において、
該磁性体モールド材料が65Vol%以上の磁性体粉末と35Vol%以下の樹脂を含み、
該外部電極は、該磁性体モールド材料と接触する表面に、その間隔が該磁性体粉末の最大粒径よりも小さな凹凸が形成され、
該磁性体粉末と該外部電極の凹部の間に該樹脂を侵入させたことを特徴とするモールド成形体。 - 前記外部電極が電解金属箔であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載されているモールド成形体。
- 前記外部電極が電解Cu箔または電解Ni箔からなることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のモールド成形体。
