Claims (4)
- 複数の金属磁性粒子を含む素体と、
前記素体内に配置されたコイルと、
前記素体の表面に配置され、前記コイルと電気的に接続された外部電極と、を備え、
前記素体における前記金属磁性粒子間の少なくとも一部には、第1の樹脂が充填されており、
前記外部電極は、
第2の樹脂と、当該第2の樹脂中に分散された導体粉末とを含む樹脂電極と、
前記樹脂電極と前記素体との間の下地焼付電極と、を有し、
前記樹脂電極から繋がる前記第2の樹脂は、前記下地焼付電極を回り込んで前記素体内に延びていると共に、前記素体内において、前記素体と前記下地焼付電極とが接触している部分に延びている積層コイル部品。 - 前記素体内において、前記第1の樹脂と前記第2の樹脂とが結合している請求項1記載の積層コイル部品。
- 前記第1の樹脂と前記第2の樹脂とが同系の樹脂である請求項2記載の積層コイル部品。
- 前記素体内において、前記第2の樹脂は、前記素体と前記樹脂電極とが接触していない部分に延びている請求項1~3のいずれか一項記載の積層コイル部品。
